One interesting thing is that Will doesn’t have his heart. So I’d bet anything that this comes into play with Genie Will.

So on Twitter someone was going on about how Neal chose Tamara over Emma, even after Emma came back into his life. But see…Neal isn’t the kind of guy to just drop someone, or break his word. I think when he told Emma he “needed” Tamara–it was partly because he was afraid he’d do something stupid with Emma without Tamara there, because he never stopped loving Emma either. But he’s not a cheater and that loyalty (which Tamara totally used, jerk) is part of what makes Nealfire so awesome.

Well…Rumple already got his Christmas present–his son forgave him and Belle waited for him and they had five minutes together without the Charmings barging in. (And then they did, of course.)

Oh there is no way Neal would have left Emma if he’d known about Henry. No way in heck. Look how quickly he tried to be a dad when he did know. Look at what he was willing to do for Henry when he did know–go back with his father, stay in Storybrooke (giving up whatever life he’d set up in NY, at least temporarily), go to Neverland–he’s doing the best he can to step up and be Dad. He even made the same promise to Henry (Pan) that his dad once made to little baby Bae–to never leave him.
And while Malcolm may have been willing to leave Rumple, Rumple and Neal both prioritize family and especially their children intensely. Rumple was blinded by fear for one instant, but even when he chose power over Bae he still knew that Bae was more important to him. Neal likewise regretted leaving Emma (even if his reasons were at least partly more noble) and, if there had been just one thing more on the balance of staying with her, he would have.
