I want to hug him AND I want to hug Rumbelle back to health and I love the Charmings and sometimes I even want to cuddle Regina but not very often. But yes, Hook needs hugs (and to stop trying to hurt Rumbelle). I’m hoping Bae is the bridge between them–that his link to Milah will persuade Hook to give up on killing Hook the same way Belle’s insistence on Rumple’s goodness will continue to persuade Rumple to not kill Hook.
I can’t imagine them ever being buddies, but a truce? Possibly.

Well, they can kill Greg and Tamara a bit if they like. I’m just terrified they’ll kill a lynchpin like Neal and break every character’s heart.

Seems. I’m going to take some hope from that word “seems” there. He might be enjoying letting out his rage for Lacey but that’s not what he really wants. He really wants family. With Belle and Bae and Emma and Henry.

“Who he really wants to be…” Maybe on some level. The cursed level. He likes having power because it keeps him from being scared, but I don’t think he likes being evil. I think the evil that took root in him likes it a LOT. It’s certainly easier for him. But that’s a troubling line.

She had magic to get back up in the elevator, though. They couldn’t have shut off her magic until then.

I don’t think that Wendy will be Ariel though, because they’ve said Ariel, if she happens, is a season three thing. Besides, it would be a waste of probably the most requested character I’ve seen for this show to make her Wendy too.

1) She sent Emma down there with Charming’s sword in 122. She knew that Emma survived, and got the egg, so she probably surmised what happened. She had magic after 122 and may have gone to check on Mal after, to make sure things were in place. It’s not like locks exactly keep her out of places.
2) She also set up the magic that “preserves her in whatever form she’s in” to protect the failsafe. So she knows Mal’s still a threat to anyone down there.
3) She would have found another way. But Hook made things convenient. She was probably still working it out–maybe trying to figure out how to trick one of the Charmings into helping her or something. Who knows.
4) Hook’s a useful tool to her, nothing more. However, his knowing stuff about what happened could be dangerous to her (Gold & the Charmings have beaten her often enough for her to know they can’t be let in on what’s happening). So he’s useful as a distraction, and then he’s taken care of as a problem if he dies. Neat solution for her.
5) Who knows…maybe we’ll find out. Hook escaped and GOAT helped him get back up–that’s what matters for now.
