I’m going to combine my cracktastic theories 310: Blue “dies” but she is not really dead. Instead she POOFs herself to Oz where magic is still alive and hearty and she meets up with her ally the Wicked Witch of the West. Everyone in SB thinks she is dead. 311: The final battle between Pan and Rumple and the rest. Pan actually dies and Rumple’s undoing is that his DO curse breaks. cliffhanger: blue is revealed to really be alive and plotting her revenge.

Theory: That might be Gold in the picture (you can’t see him because of Charming) behind Pan and he stabs Pan to save Henry.

To me, it looks like Gold.
