ParticipantTimespacer, that’s a great connection to it. I took it as another way to make a reference of the “last” magic thing vanishing in the FTL.
It looked pretty cool though I thought “Man that was a huge Pegasus to have wings so large.”

ParticipantI don’t think Hook captured Wendy because it wouldn’t make sense timeline wise.
I do think Pan was able to go to the FTL as the piper, which we saw was AFTER Hook had run off with Milah, due to Bae’s age. So I think our timeline looks like this:
Killian Jones leaves NL, brother dies. Turns pirate.
Pirate Jones sails to a little village (every day, like the one before…..) and meets the beautiful, but miserable Milah who wants adventure in the great wide open somewhere.
Little Bae ages 7 years.
Rumple becomes the Dark One.
Bae meets the Piper.
Bae goes to BF, gets beans, and is dropped in London.
Jones and Milah pick the wrong port, run into Rumple, and Hook is born.
Hook goes to NL. He’s still uncertain of Pan and how the land runs.
Bae shows up.
Hook trades Bae for unspecified gratitude of Pan. Dirty Work begins, with promise that he can have his revenge eventually while doing it.
I did think it was interesting that Tamara said you can always count on a pirate to do your “Dirty work” when she opened the van to release Hook. Interesting call-back. Anyway, I think it was after Hook came to NL as Hook that his working relationships with Pan began.

ParticipantNo Felix in these shots!? I’m afraid he’s dying the evil lackey death! But if he were Devin’s brother, and they did do RegalCat, we could have had such a great cheesy line–When you stole my brother’s heart, Regina, you also stole mine! Maybe PoM can do something in the caption thread anyway !

ParticipantAbout the TVline– It is odd they went to calling Neal/Emma SwanThief after previously I thought referring to it as Swanfire? I am confused. GG has said at CCs Swanfire so kind of feels like someone has got there intern hands on writing that up

ParticipantI’m going to guess the “Jasmine” is just an effect of costume department on a budget, as that’s a standard Sari, and you can get fairly elaborate ones off-the-rack (at least I saw that in the bay area, south of San Francisco you could, can only imagine Vancouver the same). It’s actually South Asian in design more than the middle-eastern influence of the Aladdin story.
I’d love though if they could lay in some hints for Jafar, because if WL fails, I want them to bring Jafar on Once. I hope it doesn’t fail though!
I think these two look very cute together, and cannot wait to see this with all the music and such. I loved the dance sequence they had with Cora too (though I was alone in not really loving the red dress).

ParticipantShe is 19 ( March 1994 according to IDMB, I thought we said 19 last year when she was first cast.)

ParticipantLooks like Darlingfire is a long shot as Freya Tingley has been photographed in SB returning with the others on the JR. She is wearing Bae’s old robe but they have not made her up to look older. I wonder what age she is supposed to be?

ParticipantI think that does make it look more like
It will be Wendy, though I do think she’ll be portrayed by Freya Tingley who was seen on set. Maybe they managed to hide casting some new actress but perhaps there’ll be more backstory between her and Bae on NL that happened in the past, when he was a there. Dylan Schmidt was also filming and even will be featured on Blog Talk Radio I think, so quite possibly he has a big episode of Bae’s escape to talk about.

ParticipantI had a theory that the key would represent someone being framed, as that was the plot of the episode where we saw the skeleton keys.
What if the King was framed? You see, Killian and Liam might have both been right. The plant was deadly, and yet Liam was right that the King would never have wanted such a horrible weapon. How did the King know about the plant and NL in the first place, unless PP wanted him to know?
I think it was a trap from the start, and PP is as Neal said, hands-down the nastiest person we’ve ever seen on this show. I also am speculating we WILL see that king, as quite possibly, the Jones brothers served a royal line that might tie into Eric and Ariel’s story.
I can’t wait to see where it goes. I definitely think though, there was another hint about magic dying–the “last pegasus” was apparently caught and killed to get the feathers to get a ship to fly…..something off in that, so maybe their King really was corrupt.

ParticipantYes Slurpeez! They definitely need to have time to understand each other and fall in love all over again. I want it to be a choice that they both make, knowing that there are other options out there, but that they still want each other.
I don’t mind fan interest in DarlingFire–if it gets people to see the good in Neal. I don’t feel it would be good character growth to see it play out on screen as more than a crush on Wendy’s part, since Neal already had his chance to experience another relationship (though it was fake) with Tamara. This is his second chance, so if the writers show him with anyone else, or falling for anyone else, then his character in my mind has shown no growth either. He took the easy way out with Tamara, because he was convinced he’d be rejected. So this time he HAS to show constancy about pursuing Emma. This isn’t just about Neal either–it’s also about Emma.
She wants that second chance too, and she is angry at fate that she didn’t get it. I want to see Emma hear the rest of the story, see that Neal is trying hard for both her and Henry, and remember why she fell in love with him the first time.
I hope that is what the red leather spoiler is about
I do want Hook to stay around, to be a genuine friend to Neal, Emma and the rest, in the way Iginio montaya and Lando were, despite having been full up on revenge/playing tricks but later regretting. The writers might realize fans use certain buzz words and comparisons, but the way they’ve written the actual actions of Hook seem to match better comparison to these two characters to me. I guess we will see how much truth there is in the advertising versus the writing.
