ParticipantHm blue as pan’s mom? Well that’s a spin on the fairies shouldn’t fall in love theory, b/c it does bad things and Rumple has a history of hating Fairy Magic. I expected that to come into play with the backstory with Pan, but so far not yet.

ParticipantThat’s how you ship, put a cute spin on it and keep on dancing!
I really want to see if Hook continues his own nasty habits of dishonesty. As Charming said there is honesty of the heart and lying by omission. Has Hook told Emma the whole story? It is one thing to figure it out and another to be trusted with a story that does not entirely put you in a good light. I think Bae might have reacted differently to Hook knowing Milah had Hook told him in the first place, so it may be a bit of history repeating, Now it does seem like Hook says some things about teenage Bae in NL, so perhaps he reveals it all, but then Hook is still constantly verbally reminding Emma about Neal, so it is not just that they both happen to be her type. I guess we keep watching it unfold and see what happens.“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. ParticipantA&E walking through SB, and a shark jumping in the harbor as the jaws theme plays, sure why not.

ParticipantI am down for BF puppet master. She did make Pinocchio come to life afterall. Then there is the odd diversion for Rumple in asking for Belle, then his sort of blindness of what to expect from her. He said his magic and fairy magic did not mix. I just don’t know the writers have anything so interesting in mind but it could totally fit.

ParticipantThat is what worries me really, that Neal ends up in a can’t win situation. If he yells he is acting immature, like a boy, possessive, but if he backs off, then he is not fighting for her. I mean what could he say, to prove he loves her, yet express to her the raw deal that is finding out that the woman you love is mixed up with the guy that your own mother chose too? It is just super-messed up, and while the writers think it is “fun” to create this type of situation, in terms of actual character development it is happening in such a strange way.
We don’t know yet if Emma truly understands the dynamics between Rumple, Neal and Hook, or whether she is thinking all that doesn’t matter now. Neal is dead, and Rumple’s run off and either way, Hook is the one by her side and helping her.
So is it really as it would appear to those who think Hook has truly put his past away, and is just a nice honorable mini-Charming hero now? Or is there a further twist? For example, we have only Hook’s word that dreamshade is poisonous and deadly, and that the Lost Boys use it. Wouldn’t be the first time he’s led allies on to think he is more useful to them then he truly is. What strikes me as the oddest thing though, is why didn’t Tamara and Greg shoot him? After they talk in the diamond minds, they are going to destroy all of “his kind”, and no longer need him, so why let him have the chance? Well if that was their orders, then that’s why they did it, but we know who sent the orders now. Peter Pan, who just happened to have prior dealing with Hook.
I do fully expect Hook to be a hero, but the question is when, and before then what happens? What good is a pirate character if he does not do something piratey?

ParticipantNice banner. I’m not sure big scenes means anything good though–sounds like lots of angst and yelling. I know they have to get through that but at the same time it is a very long and dark tunnel.

ParticipantYes but they missed the opportunity to show it to us so it seems very after the fact especially with the recast necessity. Still the new guy is good too and excited for the story but it is like watching a play and a set falls down. You try not to notice but you do.

ParticipantCan we keep the comments to the respective threads as RG asked? Things get posted there too.

ParticipantPhee that would be the most brilliant way to bring Jefferson into it without bringing him into it.

ParticipantI think Blue is in the Queen Clarion role, but we never know. Maybe Blu is an upstart!
