ParticipantIt was edited because I think that is the one Schmacky made.

ParticipantI don’t know about Felix, but Parker is pretty smooth.

ParticipantObisgirl: What RG said, none of us Hookriel shippers want the writers to kill Ariel, but we are not Evil Regals who want Regina to be Ursula/Vanessa and have the bad girl win. I do think it is possible they might do that, but do not want them to do it that way if Ariel dies or dives into the sea sad, or is made to be the real villain so Regina can be a hero.
Most of us sailing along here have pretty simple common concepts.
Ariel is one of my most favorite characters EVER in Disney-Princess verse and want her main cast
Eric is not my most favorite Prince
Pirate/mermaid love of the sea
Unrequited/lost love finds love again.
She will be feisty, adventurous and adorable
He will be reforming but still sneakyI think it is like covers of songs you know. Sometimes you hate it if the artists transform it but sometimes that is part of the fun and beauty of creativity to change things around.
I don’t want Eric to die, as originally I thought they would do a mash into Hook. They aren’t so now I think that to keep sailing on, that Eric and Ariel need to part in a way that sets her up to be looking for new love.
If they are happy together or estranged over some trick Regina pulled and not a real issue in their relationship dynamics, then I would root for them to get back together. Since we do not know how the writers are doing it, it is fun to speculate.
I like the immortal idea–it could play into parallels on Belle’s thoughts on the future with Rumple if the curse does not break. Since we know these two princesses will be hanging out .

ParticipantI think its unlikely a baby could grow as Regina’s body was stuck in time, but Cinderella’s baby was not “from” the Land Without Magic like Henry, so not sure about that. Baby Henry grew up, so is it just that Henry could grow during the curse because he is special and Henry? Would Owen and Kurt have grown older had they stayed?
I like the poison curse that is out there, as I think Cora cursed George’s wife, and maybe Regina too. It could even be a tragic mistake thing, where Cora made it to curse George’s wife, but Regina had some too.
Perhaps that was what Regina wanted with a mermaid? Maybe she wanted to get some Nostos water but couldn’t get anyone to get it for her.

ParticipantI know we’ve speculated before why Regina didnt just put Graham to work being baby daddy and what we decided it was a side effect of the curse.
Perhaps that is the story line as it is NOT that someone gets pregant–but WANTS to get pregnant. I think it would fit for Regina or Snow. So Regina in the past wanted to get pregnant in SB after Owen left but could not due to the curse time warp. Then we’d see the rest of the adoption story play out.
Or it would be Snow in present wanting to get pregnant, but I cannot see that happening in the midst of the NL adventure, unless it is a dream.
I wonder if they are going to live dream lives that seem very full and realized while in NL. Something like, if you’ve ever seen Star Trek has happened in a few episodes. It would let the writers do a bunch of “What If” scenarios as the characters imagine all sorts of things.

ParticipantI think Ursula is the name of the squid with the magic ink 😛
I definitely think Regina plays the role of Vanessa/Ursula, and has a hand in breaking up Ariel and Eric. What I’m wondering is, if it plays out as an unintentional thing on Regina’s part? What if she needs to get to the squid ink, so she approaches Ariel mermaid but the mermaid won’t cooperate as she’s in love with a Prince. Im thinking of a sort of Cyrano De Bergerac thing in reverse here, where Ariel doesn’t know how to be human. So Regina tries to do this Rumple-style and make a deal. She’ll help Ariel get the guy to fall in love with her, and the mermaid will get her the ink (which she can’t threaten or bully her into doing because she’s magical). So she’s coaching Ariel and playing wing-woman and he ends up falling in love with a sort of false version of Ariel that’s based really on Regina telling her what to do and say.I don’t think they’d do that but it would be kind of funny. In the original movie, Ariel literally cannot speak, but in this way she wouldn’t be “mute” so much as not knowing what or how to say it. We have a scene where Sebastian sort of coaches Ariel about how to attract Eric, encourages her to bat her eyes, sings a song and of course, there’s Ursula telling Ariel to use “body language”.
I do think RH is probably Regina’s “Love interest”, but if it were Eric in this way it would be quite the twist. Would she fall for a guy who’s falling for her but think she’s someone completely different? Who is he really in love with in that situation, the body or the personality? There’s a few movies based on that Cyrano De Bergerac story that sort of play with that idea.

Gaultheria–lol it fits with the whole “avengers” theme the marketing promos are pushing this year

ParticipantSlurpeez, I love that analogy of the geyser! That is exactly what I felt, that these emotions were just buried, not gone.

ParticipantI love that idea, and I was saying in chat that I think Pan is going to be a spiritual brother if not an actual brother to Rumpel’s “trickster” side. He’s more childlike and capricious though, because he enjoys the fear and excitement that comes from messing with people that way.
