ParticipantThere is a lot to learn about the place, PP, time, what happened to his crew. I am also still hoping for RatSmee, or just that rat, Smee to turn up in flashbacks, leading a mutiny or something. NL is so awful that maybe the crew resented that he took them there.

ParticipantAh, that would be lovely! I know they are not going to promote the reunion as they will want it earlier and surprising. Another reason I think Ariel ma be involved–all attention on her and that, and then this surprise happens that Neal is in NL.

ParticipantI do want the swan pendant, but the idea of him flying seems a bit …I think it gives me “I love to laugh” feels from Mary Poppins more than say, Gandalf the Grey on the hill on the White horse sort of feeling. Besides, maybe step-mama has something worked out right? One thing the did not use from the original BaTB is Belle’s father is an inventor—well what if they pick it up now?

ParticipantThey did not start with Snow and David alone. It was ALWAYS an ensemble and marketed as such. The first season featured a lot of players who are now unlikely to return too much. Graham, Mirror, Jefferson, Abigail, August and Red. Plenty of room for a few new faces, and Snow and David are not going anywhere so no need for panic there either.

ParticipantAnd Henry! If he finds out Henry is in NL, he is headed there, and I could see him being surprised Emma is too, thinking her safe back in SB.

ParticipantWell I think Emma didn’t have much choice, but if they’re implying Regina had time to change, that makes no sense. They all ran from the cave to the docks. Then if its magic, it makes even less sense she’d magic up THAT.

ParticipantYou do never know, but for some reason they did spoil Neal/Mulan is not an intentional thing when it came up at ComicCon and in some twitter follow-up. I’m not sure if there’s a plot reason for them to split up this way, or was it just the blurb’s wording that implied it by leaving out Phillip and Aurora. If it is plot-driven, then my guess is that they have to journey somewhere dangerous, and Aurora and Phillip will stay behind so she can try to reach Henry/Snow/Charming in a dream (after suitable bravery from Aurora about the burn risk and concern from Phillip and Mulan).
Aurora will then reach Henry because he’s most likely to suffer nightmares given his situation, and he’ll find out Neal is alive (yay) but AUrora won’t be able to tell him that Henry is in NL (boo) and he’s going the wrong way. Drama, tension! Can they catch up and send a message somehow to Neal/Mulan?
At least that is what I’m thinking now. I’m sure Phil and AUrora deserve taco time too though, in their case, maybe he’s helping his beauty “sleep”.

ParticipantWhile I do think it is a good point, Obisgirl, that Emma can (sometimes) be intuitive and smart*, she doesn’t have any reason to connect those dots as opposed to thinking that Hook broke a deal with Gold, and Milah paid the price.
The way Hook talked about what happened with Milah, there’s no hint that Gold killed Milah for anything but to hurt Hook, not Milah, the same reason Hook is going after Belle.Plus there’s Neal’s age, being relatively around the same as Hooks to Emma’s eyes. While big age gaps happen (especially on this show, due to frozen, looping time!) I’m not sure Emma would immediately think of Hook going for a lady old enough to be his mother biologically. Turns out, Milah probably was older than Hook (hard to say how much, timelines and ages…save us!) but Emma is still wrapping her head around these people living for 100’s of years, or at least, having been born 100’s of years ago.
*About Emma’s smarts, I think all the characters suffer from occasional bouts of diminished intellectual capacity for plot necessity or humor, particularly David “but I’m his Grandpa” Charming.

ParticipantPoM– that may be, but the way Eddy talked at CC when Warrior fire came up was not a hint that it was Mulan who would not be interested, it was Neal who just looked up at the woman he loves, implying it was unlikely. Then J.Mo jumped in and the topic moved on to what you call that ship.
I think Neal is not going to be interested in any one else right now, and it may be that Mulan will be equally disinterested. I am all for warriorfire Brotp of sorts.
The media will play it up though, and the writers might have her undress him partially to get to the bullet wound, share a horse as someone said, perhaps watch over him. Things that visually imply intimacy but in the context of the necessity are not viewed as romantic by the characters themselves. Fans though….

ParticipantI agree, it would not come up as about Milah, but to say that was how he knew Baelfire, and the story of him being on the ship.
I don’t know if he will get to how Bae left the ship, but we will see.“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense.
