ParticipantI think that makes sense how you’ve described it Puzzled.
I’m curious what other portals and mechanics they will introduce. We’ve seen beans, the mirror, the wardrobe, the hat, creepy shadow to adjacent world and on OUAT the Rabbit digs wormholes apparently.
I’m speculating perhaps:
Magic Carpets?
Enchanted Boots (7 league boots…I’m sure Rumple could transform into a cat, and he did know a miller….).
Tornados and Balloons (Oz!)
Triton’s Staff (Phee has an illustration of why that might be)
Drawing with Chalk or Umbrellas (like in Mary Poppins)
Vodoo Mask Mouth (sort of in Princess and Frog…when Facillier goes to the “other side”)[adrotate group="5"]“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. ParticipantThat is a very good point. I think it will be Regina. Like I said, she really hasn’t had a lot of identities yet so I’m good with that.

ParticipantThe tweet is better confirmation though, since quite often the “journalists” who do these write ups extrapolate. Straight from the horse’s mouth is always best (when the horse is A&E in a quote or on twitter)….
Thanks for the tweet Obisgirl!

ParticipantI think Neal being in FTL sets up Rumple’s despair, and along with Henry’s capture, brings Emma to a low point where she will need Snow and Charming to help restore her hope. It was also very significant for Hook–because he has a relationship with Neal too! These seem much richer developments that moved the plot than setting up a triangle with conflict at the back-end, but obviously that could be part of it too.
Also, I doubt SF is going to be portrayed as being just for the kid, anymore than CS would be “despite the kid” but obviously, the shipper threads are full of beautiful explanations of how all of it could work for either ship.

Participant@Price: H&G were using Henry at first, but they weren’t later on when it was revealed and they had to hang out in Emma’s apartment. Pino may be younger but doesn’t mean they aren’t friends and not sure of your point with Paige. My point was simply that Henry probably would miss his family as opposed to thinking “Wow I finally have friends. I want to stay forever.”
They might write him that way, but I think it would be out of character unless it is driven by his anger over everyone fighting about magic/custody of him. Then I could see him (like with the dynamite) wanting to stay because it is safer that way.I think he’ll want to escape though.

ParticipantBaebies could sound childish….I guess Fireflies works.

ParticipantI like the white, it is perfect!

ParticipantI think they should just have gone with “Hooked” …that team stuff reminds me of twilight fandom and seriously, I like Hook but not in a rooting for him against other characters sort of way.

ParticipantHenry made friends with Ava and Nicholas (Hansel and Gretel) and Paige (Grace) and Pinnochio 2.0 after the curse broke. Yes for a long time Henry had no one. That was not the case when he was kidnapped though (assuming he did ever go to school anymore!).
For Bae, he wished badly to go back to the Darlings, not to Rumple and his friend Morraine. So I think both Henry and Bae will (have) react(ed) the same way–GET ME OUT OF HERE. Henry might be like Wendy, having fun for a few days, then realizing PP is full of it, and it’ll be back to faith that Moms are on the way. Bae never had that faith in anyone. Maybe it is this faith Henry will have that is what turns him into the kind of believer that PP has needed to find for centuries–the one kid who won’t give up on the love of his family.

ParticipantGo Jo! It was awesome before so can’t wait to see it now.
Yes, Charming did turn on Regina, and my point is, that is how Emma feels about Hook. She does NOT have unwavering faith in him, but she is willing to put differences aside for her son’s welfare. He might earn more trust on this mission, as might Regina and Gold, but it is not a certainty. Some of us see these characters very differently than they see each other. We keep filtering by our hopes for the Big Happy Family Ending, that we wish them to reach. Remember that script tease “can I call you Grandpa now?” And how RC delivered the response so coldly?
I think Ariel may very well be quite a dark story, like Red’s was.
