ParticipantHm guess I have to see the episode, but originally it seemed like Ana left WIll for HER own good, not his, while with Emma and Neal it seemed Neal was concerned about Emma.
I hope they don’t do a 180 here and say “oh no, Neal was being selfish and as for giving her everything he had, that was just…forget about that, won’t even mention that part of it.”
The thing is, Ana didn’t act like someone concerned with trying to make things right but just erase the past and start again for a very long time. So I guess I don’t like comparing her to Neal simply because I feel he is much higher quality in a moral sense. Yet her redemption seemed sincere, and love is love. I’ll watch the episode, because the point of forgiveness is simply that when you love someone, you can move on from things if there’s a sincere desire to treat each other right despite previous mistakes (or even intentional wrong choices, in what I thought was Ana’s case).

ParticipantThe article is describing the scene–we don’t know what happens after and not clear if the writer of the articles knows the outcome. So all she knows is Zelena puts something in David’s tea. Therefore “Tries” is the right description–the writers may or may not know whether what Zelena is “trying” in the scene works.
As for the word poison, it doesn’t just mean something that causes death but something that causes injury. I would use the word if someone put something that caused an unwanted mental state as well, especially if the person is completely unaware it is happening.
Yes, people have had dreams without imbibing anything, as well has having them in the dream realm after a curse. There could be lots of reasons for David wandering around in a delirium or having vision besides having consumed something Zelena tried to give him.
Who knows whether he drinks it or not, but even if he does, I think her game is to win his trust–for now–until she gets that baby. Something happening to Charming that traces back to her would be horrible for her, but if she seems like she’s the one who saves him, that might make them think she’s trustworthy.“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. ParticipantRedundant storylines seem to be a popular theory on the boards these days, aren’t they? So I don’t know if I’d rule out Charming getting poisoned again on that basis. There’s better reasons to rule that happening out.
As others said, we have clips of him in some dream-like scenario, so I think its not really “poison” but some kind of mind-altering drug, maybe something to hypnotize Charming or give him visions and of course, Zelena will “save” him from the “poison” and earn their trust. I think that’s her game right now, to earn their trust. She fooled Snow, but she could see Charming wasn’t feeling it. She had to pull out some heavy ammo I think and that’s when she brings out the tea (and seriously, chamomile? Internet search would show this lady’s not up on her teas…!http://nutritionfacts.org/video/chamomile-tea-may-not-be-safe-during-pregnancy/)
On the other hand, if she is trying to harm Charming more seriously, then perhaps her failing this time is what tips off everyone and that’s how they catch on to her.

ParticipantI suspect they do not know, nor have such a meticulous timeline, and maybe they realize this is a problem. I wonder if they will simply avoid stories in the general era before the curse now? this season they have the missing year and the time of young Cora. Convenient for avoiding the issue.

ParticipantWe should note that the rules of this recreated SB and curse could be different than what it took to create the original town.
First, remember there’s magic still! This is not a new curse, but a reboot of the old one, or recreation. Imagine you had a town made in a computer program, like say, the SIMS. You make some special modifications, such as Rumple bringing magic to it. Snow is Mary Margret, not some new persona that the Wicked wanted to impose on her. They have those old memories. Curiously, they are missing the last year. This is the same program I suppose is what I’m saying, it is not a new program of a new town, if we can compare a magic curse to making a virtual town.
Something ELSE is going on here, whatever it is. That doesn’t mean Neal is safe or in danger–it just means we’re lacking a lot of information to even assume that a heart was needed to reboot (?) SB back to existence or whatever it was that happened.

ParticipantNeal was in his 20’s when he met Emma we think. He mentioned having worked as a janitor at the watch place, so presumably he was in the States for at least a year perhaps but we don’t know. He could have been anywhere from the time he left NL at 14, so who knows.
Still between people speculating that time doesn’t move in Oz, and Neal’s lack of knowledge of it, I don’t think it would seem like Neal ever met Zelena. He’s more likely her half- brother anyway at this family tree rate.

ParticipantSnowflake as Ozma? That could be! They did say the books will come into play.

ParticipantMaybe there’s something to do with the original curse. Remember what Neal said that them meeting could have stopped the curse from breaking? What if Neal and Emma being together actually literally is one way to STOP the curse from being broken, along with say, her being put in a coma ? We know there were 2 ways to break it, her TLK with Henry and her death. What if Rumple didn’t care (originally) about being in a cursed bubble world as long as he could be with Bae again, so he wrote it that if he had Bae, and Bae were happy (and he would be if he had Emma), it couldn’t be broken –ensuring (Rumple would have thought) a happy ending for his son?

ParticipantThere could have been more in the note about Neal and Hook is keeping that information to protect Emma, much as he wanted to “keep a secret until confirmation” when it came to news that Neal was alive and in the Echo cave. I think Hook may have some suspicions but I can’t see him choosing to straight up lie to Emma but carefully selecting what truth to share is a pirate thing to do.

ParticipantThe quote is missing a word too Sacrllc.
What exactly are you AFTER very different meaning. If she is Rumple’s mother, then she was just lying about Cora being her mother. Possible, but I think her attitude in Regina’s room would fit with someone jealous and envious of all the fine things Regina had, someone who might have had to grow up rough because Regina grew up rich. Either a sister as she claims, or perhaps even a normal child switched at birth to take the curse (green skin) that should have befallen Regina, then forced to go to Oz or taken to Oz perhaps by a kind fairy who was just trying to help but messed up.
