ParticipantHm very interesting! I like the prophecy angle.

ParticipantBubbles everywhere, Whee….
“This town is bigger than you know” indeed. Unless they are going to play on “affected” to mean that not everyone was ripped to SB, but there’ll be something wrong in those realms so eventually our heroes journey there to do something all macguffiny that we don’t know yet.

ParticipantAh yes Nealfire Pan, he even met Wendy. Hm, maybe she is related to Greg, or like we said to Tamara.

ParticipantYeah I hope the age thing was a measure they cooked up when they thought Bailey had another gig, but as it fell through, they could fiddle around with it some.
I was thinking of starting a thread today actually, called hey, it’s august, just to talk about him and the open plot holes/oddities of his character and all that.“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. ParticipantLol that was kind of what I said in chat, though I added….Mulan isn’t REALLY a proven historical figure though, as it is based on an ancient poem . There were more accurate records about Pocahontas.
Then we got sidetracked about the real authors who wrote things like Peter Pan, Frankenstein and Alice, how would they be accounted for within the ONCEiverse.
I also said that I bet Adam likes seeing RG’s tweets, as they probably make him think, more than the usual “who’s in love with who” things or the “I don’t understand how this magic thing worked” and he responds “It’s magic.”
Though I would want to know the curse details, I think it does go under suspension of disbelief!

ParticipantI think RG Is right that it would be too convoluted. Those writeups are not spoilers, but are basically what a casual fan would know at this point based on what was already shown shown. So it would not tip off a twist if one were to come by saying “PP is actually complicated, not really the big bad because it is actually…..”

ParticipantIt’s a production meeting, in the next one she is talking about the lighting design. I don’t think it is a character detail at all but like Clessidor said, adding another minstrel to a scene.

ParticipantIf we have news of JR6 filming with Kay, then I think that ends the PP=young rumpel idea. Technically, when Bae was in NL no one ever really confirmed that PP was running the show. We had a lot of references to HE, then at the end Felix’s line that it may take time, but PP never fails. So really hard to think what else he could have meant than they were working for a PP who was off in the wings but maybe they were carrying out a mission started by PP before he left. It just seems odd though to think the “HE” they keep talking about is not PP.

ParticipantWell the guess is the role the young actor is playing would be flashbacks only, so whatever villain the Jr6 are facing is not a young boy but something else. Maybe Tink, maybe a CGI monster.
Another issue I have with PP = Young Rumpel is I don’t think Rumpel had ever met Hook before that day at the bar then the boat. So then you have a situation where young-Rumpel-PP was in Nl, Hook was but not together until old-no-longer-known-as-PP is there. I guess it sort of works as PP is supposed to be Hook’s main rival so making Rumpel into PP somehow could make some sense.
I do think we need a new villain entirely though and I think a young boy could be very chilling and the cast have talked about that as well, that a 17 year old is scary so I think PP is there in the present in NL.

ParticipantHm, if Grace and Pino are filming, then it is more likely modern day SB stuff. Though I’m surprised at Grace since we won’t see Mad Hatter, unless of course, they use her to exposition in why we aren’t seeing him in OUAT WL or OUAT or something. Maybe she’ll imply he’s gone off to find her mother or something and can’t help rescue anyone.
Still we don’t know where/how Hatter got Grace do we? It is also still possible that she also was in NL (they didn’t keep Wendy, but did she say they didn’t keep girls in general, or just let her go?). He jumps around, possibly through time, so maybe Grace could have been alive way back then .
