It’s arguably implied that Regina has a good memory for faces, as she knows her guards anyway. It was 300 years or so for Rumple, and it is pretty good casting that Eion Bailey sort of looks like Stephen Lord who played Malcolm. There’s a gifset around here somewhere about it–pretty eerie really.
Makes me wonder–what if there’s some connection to PP for August if he were carved out of a Pixie Dust tree that Malcolm “planted” in the EF when visiting as the Piper? Everyone’s related (kind of sort of in a creepy magical way).

I think its odd that pixie dust apparently comes from these flowers in NL, but stopped growing after Pan took over at some point, meanwhile fairy dust is ground down from diamonds and the tears of dwarves (I’m imagining that last bit about the tears….but come on, they’re practically indentured servents/slave labor…”work, its what we do”.).

I had the impression Graces mother was stuck in another world for some reason, lost but not dead. My heartbreaking headcannon was she was Jefferson’s romantic/work partner and became pregnant. He had to do a job for Rumple and bring someone here. His partner waited for him in the other world but unexpectedly she gave birth early to Grace. She insisted that Jefferson and Grace go back to FTL and he come back for her when he can find a way/person willing to trade out. Only he could never find her/the world again by the time he did.
So could adapt it to she turned Wicked…but I agree not likely Stan will return and that his story is mixed in with Wicked. It is fun to speculate what if though.

That Grumpy question is a continuity thing that bugs me. It didn’t seem like after he said goodbye to Nova that he’d go and steal a diamond and get imprisoned for it, and it wasn’t clear he had one before the BF mind tripped him, I mean, pointed out the right thing to do was leave Nova.

I agree RG. Speculation should be fun but not taken as fact because we do not even know what we do not know! (unknown mystery plots).

Cute Swan Princess stuff ! Not meaningful as a predictive or sign of intent on the part of the writers, but some creative fans sure do find a way to match things up!

I think it is the same, but the lace cuffs might not be fully visible at all times if they roll back into the sleeve.

Lol I love the idea cracky thought it is that maybe there’d be a wrinkle of Princess and the Frog with Wicked being the Princess. I heart Kermit and Piggie and ….In Muppets version of Wizard of Oz –SHE is the Wicked Witch.
It fits, after all, Kermit IS known for loving a slightly violent, diva like lady….though she’s famously blonde, but having to die skin green AND hair maybe too much for Mader! Anyway until proven otherwise this is my favorite thing ever to crack speculate and I will hope for this until its proven not to be true. If Wicked says “Moi” at any point in time, I am going to be squealing like a pig.
Maybe “Rapzunel’s Father” is the LI turned into a frog, Rapunzel is Wicked’s daughter and imprisoned in the tower by Regina, who now wants revenge!

Hah…A&E can be the banker brothers in Princess and the Frog….they weren’t double-dealing prejudiced jerks, no, they were ‘misunderstood’. Tiana was trying to rip them off to make a chain of horrible fast food and they were trying to preserve local culture. Meanwhile Dr. Facillier just wanted to help the little children eat healthy. And Rumplestilskin of course as the crocodile plays the trumpet in a band with Naveen, who’s actually Jafar as they’re both reborn into different people after “dying”.
It really wouldn’t shock me at this point with all the twisted up stuff they’ve done.
