ParticipantI’ve seen some really funny ones of Emilie making odd faces. That one wasn’t so bad, but JMo and MRJ just look like they’re so cold and tired.

ParticipantStelio that’s a lovely piece of art, thank you for sharing what you made!
Phee: oh with the angst, the angst!

ParticipantTheWatcher wrote: When/Where was there a reference to a Mr. K? Can someone give me the line that was said about him? O.o I’m sure Santa is real tho (wow, never thought of say that xD) because he exists in Narnia
In “True North”, Mr K (Krzyszkowski) was the thin, grey haired, stern guy at the Hall of Records where Emma was retrieving birth certificates for Ava & Nicholas and she had to complete forms in triplicate to get them. But the documents were already removed by Regina. It would be fitting that Santa Clause’s cursed self would be thin and unjollly. His last name looks like it could be Russian or Polish now that I’m thinking about it.
I forgot about the fact that L. Frank Baum, who wrote the Oz books, also wrote “The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus”. So there’s another OZ reference. Hehe
! Ok, now we must tweet Adam until he answers it 😛 I really hope that’s true and it was a santa easter egg (isn’t that too many holidays in one?)

ParticipantWelcome Melbell and Di!
Don’t ever worry about saying a lot or a little, because ultimately that’s what a ship thread lets us do. Sometimes we’ll pour forth a poetic essay or a mini-story, other times its cute graphics or posters or videos, and other times it’s just a simple reply of “THIS.” Or “PREACH.” When a story gets you excited in some way, it’s nice to be able to discuss it with people who more or less get why!
I have been trying all day to write various things and getting not quite enough time to complete my thoughts. It’s funny how sometimes I’ll be offline thinking and doing something, then come back and see a post that just says exactly what I was feeling or thinking!

ParticipantYay for RC sighting! Interesting that Emma is still a bailbonds person rather than something more 9 to 5ish, no idea what, but she was sort of a sheriff for a year. I’m sure Regina could have faked her documentation and resume along with those memories!

ParticipantI was saying in Chat that’s disappointing, and I’ll never understand the entertainment business, but it fascinates me anyway. The article Obisgirl linked says the LOST cast is going to be at the convention, and their show isn’t even on anymore!

ParticipantI love the little things as we talked about earlier.
I love their banter, because he brings out this goofy side to Emma. Her two corniest jokes “I can spell spell” and the one about Shadow valley’s name are things she does just after a reunion with him, when suddenly thrown into yet another hyper-tense situation. He gives her that sense of ease to joke that way even in dire circumstances. She’s much more “all business” without him (or Henry) there. You can see how that love makes her feel secure, even if it does also bring up insecurities as well.
I love their ability to argue without it escalating into some kind of knock-down drag out fight, even when they’re discussing really serious subjects like how he left, and she ended up in jail. Despite all that anger and reason to mistrust, it didn’t take long for Emma to remember why she liked him or why she trusted him in the first place.
I love that Emma never stopped loving him and knew it the instant she saw him again. I love that he will never stop fighting for her, and that’s after hearing her say her painful confession.
I love how he hugged her to reassure her, rather than trying to force romance when she isn’t in the mood. I loved how he just wanted to talk, and she brought up making it a date. He needs to pursue enough so she can feel wanted, but not so much he’s not respecting her need to feel ready first.
I love how she kept the bug and the necklace, and was playing the same song Charlie’s girl, that Neal played.
I love how they both like hot chocolate.
I love how they both tend to dress casually, down to earth. How they both look uncomfortable in fancy stuff (though they’re rocking it).
I love how he got her back even if he didn’t quite believe everything she said. I love how she didn’t question him about his plan with a coconut either.
I love how she looks at him when he’s reconciling with Rumple, and how she looks when he’s just lost him.
I love how he sticks his face in her neck and hair as he says goodbye, and how lost she looks, knowing the separation ahead, the thing she feared would happen, that other shoe dropping, happening. I love how confident he was though that it wasn’t over.
I love how their dream was the ordinary things most people can have, a home, jobs, someone to love and love them back, family.

ParticipantYes to a fox reference, somewhere, somehow! I don’t want to get my expectations too set on any particular way this will play out, but a fox reference is something I’d love in the mix.

ParticipantI love the fox and EQ one lol. Now someone just needs a shot of Disney cast members dressed up and dancing together in those roles on a float.
