Mulan/Neal: Mulan knows about the blood magic. There is much more to her story than we’ve seen so far and I hope that at least someday we learn it but she definitely knows stuff that Neal knows. Loved that he swung the walking stick around like Shang though. He probably couldn’t have resisted even if he wasn’t expecting it to show something cause how often do you meet your favorite fairy tale characters and have them not know the sly references you’re making to their awesome movie? And now, crackship or not, I really want to go watch Mulan to remind myself because I feel like there will be random quote references because Neal has watched the movie and won’t be able to help himself!
Yes to all of this! I really want them to expand on Mulan, in that one episode she became far more interesting to me as a character. In season 2 she was all 1-dimentional nobleness. And I also find it interesting because they chose to flesh out her character more when Neal was there. Maybe they’re gunna be a brOTP, I honestly don’t mind, but I enjoyed their interaction.
I just want to say: Make ships not war.

You mean the official podcast? Because the interviewer is totally a Swan Thief ‘shipper. I wouldn’t expect to hear any CS questions pop up on there anytime soon. Probably, the only time it would be addressed is when we see a heavy romantic moment between then, like a kiss probably. Even though, the reaction would be, on Emma’s part anyway: it’s totally rebound or something silly.

Although I am quite annoyed that the podcasts are not unbiased and fail to mention the very OBVIOUS CS hints in the episode and the parallels and the foreshadowing. This isn’t something you could twist. Hook’s facial expression, the whole happy endings talk and looking at Emma after saying it and the pan literally panning to her. Just very obvious stuff, that anyone could pick up.
Yeah I agree Hookian, but if they don’t say it’s there then the other ships will have reason to hope which is exactly why they DON’T because they want to keep the hype up. But yeah, I agree, Captain Swan is going through their love story IN REAL TIME and not in the past like Swanfire. THAT is what you want for your leading lady in a fairytale programme. In my eyes anyway. I’ve said it before, and I don’t like talking about endgame, but i’m 99.999999% sure that Captain Swan will be because:
1. Killian will not find anyone else, that much has been made clear: he thinks of a future with her, gave up his revenge for her after 300 years of seeking it, is investing EVERYTHING to help her find Henry
2. Killian and Emma compliment each other perfectly in EVERY way, each are what the other needs
3. Their chemistry blows my mind lol

I don’t even know where to begin with this one. Because watching the change of Killian’s facial expressions from fear to relief to sudden awareness was just amazing.
He holds his breath, only one thought occupying his mind … ‘Not again!’ … and then she starts breathing again and he sucks in a relieved breath just to realize a moment later what he had felt when she was not breathing. First of all, I thought this was a “ship and let ship” site?
Secondly, notice that A+E never definitively said that they weren’t considering it. To my mind they danced around the question as normal. Also note that they said “right now”.
Thirdly, I placed a caveat in my original posting basically saying that it was too early to tell if there was much between them.
And finally, I’m wondering why it’s so hard to believe that someone would ship a couple because they’d bonded and connected over their heartbreak? That you see some chemistry, weren’t the only one and would like to see where it goes?

Sadly, I’m not going to be able to watch until Thursday. It’s going to be easy avoiding spoilers here but tumblr is going to be a problem.
Lol, I was thinking you hadn’t!!!! You normally have more of an opinion haha. Poor you, the waiting will be torture! But at least you’ll have less time until you see “Lost girl” 😉
P.S. The more I watch the episode (I’ve watched it 5 times already, have Mondays off lol) the more I realise just how significant it was for Captain Swan. They shared a moment of teamwork and a moment of comfort. Killian has admitted to her, to himself (and everyone else too) just how much he cares for her. The difference between 2×22 Killian and 3×01 Killian is ASTOUNDING if i’m honest.

Also, just wanted to put this here, and to remind everyone of the fact that WE CALLED THIS MOMENT when we first found out Emma would go overboard:
This is the face of a terrified/relieved man. THIS IS THE MOMENT. The moment when it comes crashing down on him JUST how much he cares for Emma, and that he almost lost her.
And cinematically? This scene was EXTREMELY Killian biased. They pan to his face more than they do Snowing. Just sayin’ 😉
