I suppose looking at pictures of Glinda it would make sense. In the original Wizard of Oz she had reddish hair like Rebecca currently has. It’s around the same length too.

Ignore everything I said before. I just properly read the filming notice and they’re filming at Fort Langley Community Hall. They’ve filmed here loads of times before. It’s Storybrooke Town Hall.
Oh… wow. Those pictures actually look sorta like the main street of Storybrooke – just a more fairytale-like version. Perhaps the curse did move the town back to the EF (and gave it a whole new remodel)?
