Here’s a picture that goes wit this article. I’m not sure if the picture is BTS for 2×21 or 2×22 though.

Plus, purely form a storytelling perspective, SB has served its main purpose, which was to house the residents of the EF during the curse. Oz! Yes, Oz! But I think you’re right and it was hard (for the more casual viewer) to keep three lands and times in their head. So I think we’ll have something similar to S1, NL of the past and NL of the present. But I can also see them having one or two filler episodes where we leave NL and check in on the cast in the EF.
I actually suspect we’ll see a lot more present day EF then you think. Remember the set pics of Neal, Aurora, Philip & Mulan? I suspect that Mulan & Co. will help Neal find a way to Neverland to be with Emma, Henry, and Gold.
Only bad thing about leaving Storybrooke is it’ll be a lot harder for us to get set pictures now. D@mn.
I hope not. I’ve seen enough already. But if anything is released, I don’t have the strength to not watch it.
Plus we could just be speculating over nothing. This isn’t even confirmed to be real yet! (Even if it isn’t, it’s still fun) 🙂

I made this point a page back but I think it got lost. Another thing that doens’t make sense. Timeline wise, how does Hook meet Bae in NL when he comes through the bean hole when Hook and Milah were traveling around FTL when they ran into Rumple for the second time, at least a few years AFTER he lost Bae. Timeline issues guys. They are what keep me up at night.
I have two guesses.
1) Bae did come to our world first but somehow found a way of getting home. Instead of going back to the EF though, he somehow ended up in Neverland.
2) In The Crocodile, Smee (from memory) asked Hook where they were going when he opened up the portal. Hook replied ‘Neverland!’ indicating that he somehow already knew about it. Maybe he had been there before before, when Bae first came through?
