I’m guessing you also had episodes where the songs didn’t have their finalized orchestrated accompaniment? Meaning songs where the temporary demo piano accompaniment was still there. I know the Making of Special available online had clips like that, as were the clips shown at the Galavant press event last month.
No actually. All the songs seemed 100% complete surprisingly. There were scenes where they needed ADR done – for instance when characters turn their back there is a voiceover (that isn’t done by the actors) saying what the character says. That was a little distracting to be honest.
Also, if you don’t mind me asking, which episode was “Maybe You’re Not the Worst Thing Ever” featured in? I know the intro song and “She’ll Be Mine” are obviously from the Pilot.
That’s towards the end of episode 2 – So that’ll also be shown tonight.
Yeah, I’ve got the screeners off ABC medianet because I write for Spoilertv. A lot of what I saw wasn’t completed past the second episode (lots of green screen and ADR needed doing) but it was still very, very good. The trailer was sort of misleading about one thing though – you’ll know what I’m talking about when you see the episode for yourselves.
I just binge watched the first 6 episodes. It’s SOOOOO much better than I was personally expecting. Although now I’m a little devastated that I have to wait until the final two episodes air to see how it ends!

And now that he’s back for ‘Enter The Dragon’, I suppose that means that 4×14 will be about the dragon from 2×18 and NOT Maleficent like we assumed.
I’m thinking that Mulan will be another one too since Jamie said the other week that they were working on her return.
And possibly even Lancelot given all of the Camelot references lately.
HOROWITZ | Yeah, we can for the first time tell you that Ariel is coming back (played by JoAnna Garcia Swisher). You will see her within the first half of 4B. There may be some other returns that we’re not ready to confirm yet, from our past years.
Not that surprised but YAY!!!! Love Ariel!
