Ariel – she was the one I remember the most. Hence that is my choice.

[adrotate group="5"]Ok, a HUGE shout out to Obisgirl for standing up for Hook in one of the other threads (4×12 synopsis). Sometimes I actually believe there’s a bit of…celebratory…attitude here for essentially pushing about 90% of the CSers/Hook supporters who visit and contribute to the site here out. Sorry, visitors to the thread, but not sorry. It’s what happened. One thread went so far as to bash an interview Colin gave and turn it into one more Neal-is-perfect-Hook-is-evil tirade. But Obisgirl did a great job of arguing our points in an adult way. I am so sick of the ‘person A is my favorite, therefore perfect, so person B has to be evil therefore everything that is wrong with the show.’ Why do you have to hate Hook if you love Neal or Rumple? I love Hook but I don’t hate Neal, and I love Rumple when he’s in full on DO mode! It’s actually the anti-Hook/pro-whoever crud supporters of various characters & ships spew that end up putting a bad taste in my mouth and increase my dislike the character/ship. And yes, CSers will be some of the first to point out Hook’s flaws and negative attributes. I hope that, even given the above, some of those who fled or are just popping on occasionally come back to at least this thread once the hiatus ends. I miss my fellow CSers!!

Jagged Fel and Jaina Solo
She’s the only daughter of Han and Leia and he’s a pilot with ties to Wedge Antilles (Jag is his nephew). I just loved their first meeting in the New Jedi Order, where he ignores meeting a bunch of political people, walks right up to her and he loves right away how Jaina’s a pilot and a Jedi. I just imagine Jaina had this goofy flattered grin on her face. It’s been a long time since I read the New Jedi Order (couldn’t keep up with the whole series), but I remember they sparred together at one point, ended up working closely together and then I read in wikipedia that they got married and I was like, I knew it!!!. Other ‘ship from that series I loved (this one is definitely a crack ‘ship), Jacen and Tahiri. I love Jaina and Jag too. I was in love in idea of Anakin Solo and Tahiri….I’m still mad about writers decision regarding Anakin Solo- I loved his charakter.
Day 1– Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present)
Emma
I have not liked her in season 1. She has started to grow on me in season two, when more of her backstory had been brought into the show. I love that this character is constantly evolving, learning to love and trust again. I know a lot of people say that she’s OOC now. I see I differently. She has to sets of memories. She had to blend them together to function properly. She has evolved emotionally. She’s the kind of badass women I’ve came to love- though but not afraid to by vulnerable especially in relations to people she cares about. She’s following Snows advice from season 1 and slowly lowering her walls down, allowing herself to feel love, not only for her son, but for her parents, brother, Killian and potential friends. She is that kind of strong women that can wear pink lace and still be a badass.
Day 2– Least Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present)
Snow
I find her boring, petty at times with that all knowing attitude. Bandit Snow was ok. Princess Snow White mixed with Marry Margaret teachers attitude makes me want to smack her sometimes. I know she wants good but she tends to mingle in others people lives to much for my taste.
Day 3– Favourite Male Regular Character (Past or Present)Hook
I love the psychological depth of this character. I can easily trace emotions that have led him to specific decisions and uderstad his way of thinking( as a charakter). He’s one of those characters who knows that he is the only person who can change his destiny. He has learned it the hard way( by making bad choices and feeling emotional consequences of those decisions) . I love his loyalty for those he cares about, the way he can love with all his heart despite everything that has happened to him. His charming, intelligent and has great sarcastic sense of humor. I love the way he flirts.
Day 4– Least Favourite Male Regular Character (Past or Present)Neal
At first I’ve thought about Rumple but I like him too much. The only male character that I am indifferent to is Neal. He just so boring to me. A waste of potential that has become a massive plot device, especially when it comes to Rumple story.
Day 5– Favourite Female Recurring Character (Past or Present)
Tink/ Ruby
I can not decide. I love them both. So much potential in these two characters. A rebel fairy and a werewolf. I want them back.

My list of Non OUAT OTP ( I still read fanfiction about them from time to time): Neri & Jason(Ocean Girl/Ocean Odyssey)– I love them together.They were so cute and have wonderful story about love built on friendship (since preteen I gues). They were always there for eachothe, shared the same values. I’ve always wondered what would become of them after season4 finale. Atempted to write a fic once. Meave & Sinbad(AdventuresofSinbad)– They were adorable. Kinda like first crush. It felt like wachting them grow up to face their feelings for each other. They cared for each other deeply. I’ve always thought they loved each other. Unfortunatly the actress, who played Meave quit acting altogether, and after horribly written season 2, the show has been canceled. Atempted to write a fic once. Usagi & Mamoru-all of their incarnation(SailorMoon manga version mostly)– forbiden lovers, reborn to be together again, first timless love, soulmates. All sweet and tragic and powerfull. Manga version of them(ie 3 year difference) is my favorite. It’s little less naive then anime. Atempted to write a fic several times .I wacht Sailor Moon Crystal- mya dream about manga adaptation came true( with little alterations Harry & Hermione(Harry Potter Series)– till book 6 I realy thought they would be together. They could have a healty relationship buid on friendship and understending. I saw Ron with Luna, and Nevile with Ginny. Through part 6 & 7, I’ ve felt like I was reading someone else books. I was mad for a while, but then got over it. I don’t read fanfiction anymore but becouse I was so emotional about them I still count this ship as OTP> Luke Skywalker & Mara Jade- Skywalker(StarWars- expanded universe)– Luke Skywalker- hero with complicated origins, epitome of a Jedi. I’ve always wanted a love interest for him. Timothy Zahn wrote Thrawans Trilogy for SW expanded universe and I was sold. Mara Jade a former assassin, turned smuggler, turned Jedi, with all of her complicated past, broken and beautiful was the on for him. She didn’t put on with Luke’s mistakes, had the guts to put him in his place, when he was exaggerating, didn’t treat him as saint. He didn’t judge her for her past, encouraged her to change her life, to be a better version of herself. They didn’t let past, affiliation or prejudices get to them. Two broken people who understood and found home in each other. Love is a strange and funny thing. Veronica & Logan(Veronica Mars)– my only teen angst OTP. I loved them for all that drama in their relationship. It wasn’t healthy, logical or an example to follow but there was something in it I could never forget. Sassy, full of passion and drama. I was beyond excited when the move came out last year- a fan dream of mine came true.
All of my OTP lead me to CS in one way or another.

Writting it is a long process. Then I would have to transle it, so it will take time.

I would like that very much. I have zero problems when it comes to verbal comunication. But writting in english is something I have not done for a while. Gramar was always my weakness. Spelling too- my friend, who is a language teacher, claims that I’m slightly dislexic. Spend my whole life without that knowlege. I’ve manage to get trough Uni whitout a problem, it nevera wsa an issue with me, altough I do seem to miss letters or misplace them.
No season is perfect. There’s always going to be some kind of issue that’s going to rub someone the wrong way. Could the winter finale have focused more on Captain Swan? Yes. But there were also other things that needed to be wrapped up as well. I think cluing Emma on into Operation Mongoose could have been saved for 4B since we already know that is going to be a season long arc. But, at the same time, I’m also grateful that CS did not have tacos or say ‘I love you’ to each other in the winter finale. When you look back on Emma’s history, everytime she’s gotten close to someone romantically, they die on her. She said ‘I love you’ to Neal in a life and death situation in season 2. I think when an ‘I love you’ is exchanged between CS, it needs to not be in a life and death situation. It should be on their terms, when they both feel safe in their relationship. I don’t want Emma to be stressed. I want the first ‘I love you’ to really mean something and not to come about because they’re about to face a curse or something worse. So, actually, I’m okay with it not being said in the winter finale. And we still have eleven episodes remaining in the season, anything can happen still.

This forum is dead lately. Not that I’m suprised. CSers dont fell welcome here anymore, so they write elsewhere, like fanforum with strict bashing policy or tumblr, or even facebook groups. And we and OQ, are the once with the best material to discus about. Maybe some Rumbellers too, at leaast the one, who dont’ hat Belle at hate moment.
I’ve loved CS this season. there are things that I would have done differenty but I don’t know the bigger picture and it’s not my story to tell.

I’ve started to write meta in my native language about CS. It’s basically about character psychology with bits of witch pionts in the storytelling sugest that Emma and Killian are meant and written for eachother from the start. The more I write about it, the better I fell. It’s helping me to deal with all that pointless hate all around the fandom. It’ good to have psychological background with such things, a the fact that I’m a massive reader and know things about literature and visiual arts ( lots of friends with MA in Cultural Studies will do that to you) helps a lot too.
To be honest I’m contemplating metas about other characters from Once. Just for fun.
