I don’t think Cora was in love with Henry – (although there was a little flirting) I think she was after the status, and wanting to rise above being the miller’s daughter. Eva was really snotty to her so I think that flipped a switch in Cora to want to get back at Eva…which she obviously did to an amazing degree. Definitely agree that Henry was a pawn, and he got used to Cora getting her way, once she got magic.
[adrotate group="5"]laurieanneParticipantSome people saw the first act of this episode at PaleyFest yesterday.
laurieanneParticipantI thought she was completely believable as a very young girl (remember she is playing way younger than her age in this episode) experiencing her first real loss…and that of her mother. I lost my mom at 27 but I was brought back to that time in a big way through Bailee’s performance. I think she is remarkable. I have directed a lot of kids her age and she is beyond anything I have ever seen.
laurieanneParticipantI think they are going to draw it out as long as possible….Eddy said yesterday to Ginny “I would love to have episodes about you guys going shopping but we need things to happen.” I think without the conflict or uncertainty in Rumple and Belle’s relationship, there is no story. I LOVE the idea that he has to won her back and make her fall in love with him…which might be kind of tricky with all the Lacey innuendos yesterday,
laurieanneParticipantThis made me laugh – “that floor is a hussy!!” I think Hook hit David with a tire iron or something like that.
laurieanneParticipantIt is kind of disconcerting…similar to when Cora turned into Regina- then for several episodes I kept asking myself if it was Cora or Regina! This is why Cora has to go!!

Still…yikes! So that was my least favorite – my most favorite was Bailee Madison. I am beyond impressed with her. She didn’t overdo anything and was completely believable. I hope Cora dies very soon.
laurieanneParticipantMUCH appreciated! I loved the interviews this year-thanks for putting that all together!
laurieanneParticipantI agree, Tammythebear! I was there and it seemed like most of the questions were either directed TO Kitsis and Horowitz, or the actors didn’t feel comfortable answering so K and H took the question anyway. Most of the moderator’s questions were spoilery and the actors had obviously been told not to reveal anything. I was disappointed that Colin and Josh basically said nothing. Lana, Jen and Ginny spoke a bit, as did Robert. But it was mostly Kitsis and Horowitz, due in large part to the nature of the questions being asked. I think the questions we have about Neal and Emma might have revealed too much about upcoming events so they chose to say nothing. It was still fun being there with all the Oncers and I did get some good photos, so it was a good day!
laurieanneParticipantI agree!!
