The crocodile bites off Hook’s hand…wait, NO! Peter Pan cut off Hook’s hand and feed it to a ‘crocodile’: who, liking how it tasted SO much, continued to follow Hook everywhere.

Does sound like some flashback possibilities for Hook, maybe even more proof of a Pre-Neverland Hook that could have swept a desperate Housewife off to adventure…with both hands.

That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if the crocodile was symbolic of a person. But, knowing how the crocodile followed Hook around, waiting to strike again, I’m thinking it’s someone Hook burned in the past who has been waiting for revenge. If the Milha is Rumple’s wife: maybe Rumpelstiltskin is the person. However, I see him focusing on other matters presently (especially when I see pictures of Charming and him hanging out). Beaman (if it doesn’t turn out to be HOOK himself)? Smee? Peter Pan? Or – Milha?

I’m just worried though that it will turn into another August situation if they drag out the mystery too long, and fans ended up not liking the character because of it.

Since I know you are all for combinations of these identities: I don’t think it would get like August if he was presented as a fairytale counterpart, and/or Baelfire after that – and just when the audience thinks the mystery of his identity is solved: Emma returns and demands to know why he’s in town – end of an episode/ cliff hanger.

I have a feeling Emma and Snow may be gone for awhile (because, in this family, someone seems to be always needing to find the others…). Could be interesting if the pair does several realm jumps through to mid-season. Or would that start getting old? 😯 Probably would. And they have to keep us guessing about some of those doors for a few seasons: space them out and such. 😀

When I look back to early summer, where the creators said their favorite fairytales were Snow White and Peter Pan, I now have no idea why I didn’t assume Neverland would be HUGE in the show!

Still undecided about the whole MRJ thing, though. I really didn’t think Henry’s dad would appear 3 episodes in. But, this might actually be the perfect timing! When Emma sees Henry’s dad (be him an average joe, Baelfire, or other) the audience is going to know based on her reaction/treatment of the new stranger. With Emma and Snow having some…quality time in another realm, this might be the perfect chance for the audience and Henry to interact with the guy – setting up for all hell to break loose whenever Snow and Emma get back.

Kind of see him as Peter because I’d be shocked and excited to see where they take the story. But, honestly, there isn’t much to support this idea besides the episode focusing on Rumple, Belle, and Hook. Yeah, it kind of make sense looking at the episode but if we’ve learned anything from August it’s how long they can drag-out before a reveal or a focused episode. Knowing that he’ll be off and on through May: that leaves time to keep him a mystery.

There’s not really proof for any of the other options either, though. They’ve been very careful to keep everything about his character closed up and quiet. No pictures from set. No cast tweets talking about working with him… I haven’t even seen local fans twitters about seeing MJR popping up anywhere….sort of weird: he has been there for a week or more? Could he be shooting a lot in the green studios??? Or are they just that good at messing with us? 😆

Right, you said that well Lil’Red. That there could be a guy and it just not work out, but not because of some horrible emotional awful break up or because someone cheats or any of those reasons, just have it not work out because it isn’t right for them. Because that does happen and that would stop the need for that part of Emma’s story, if there is a love triangle, to be like some crazy over dramatic situation. I just think that whomever Emma’s first love interest in the show is, i just wouldn’t get attached to him.

What annoys me the most in television is when they build up a character (usually male) to be seemingly ideal for a main character, but then destroy him: making him as unlikeable as possibly before they bring in a new guy. And I know I’ve dumped someone before who was a nice guy, who didn’t cheat on me, just because ‘it’ wasn’t there. Felt guilty for awhile, but now both of us are happier for it. There has to be a way to do this in a show. It’s not like war, magic, etc. doesn’t have enough tension/drama that a romantic sub-plot needs to fuel the show.

At Hannah, I like the idea: not sure it will last long term, but he could be an interesting first attempt for Emma’s adult-dating life.

Let’s see: the new male cast members are:Jack, Beaman, Hook, Phillip, spotted Smee possibility, Lancelot…and I think I'm missing someone…..

Wouldn’t mind HOOK flirting a bit with Emma. Probably not the best ‘first real relationship’ contender, but could be funny.

I could see Lancelot as a love interest for awhile, but I’m not sold that it would last. I just get the impression from the bio that he already has a true love out there (despite not being able to be together in EF) and she(or he) could pop up at some point. If it is Guinevere: things could be simpler to deal with in Storybrooke, Maine. Divorce, which would probably be messy, is now an option.

He may also be working for Regina or King George: which could be a problem…but he could definitely be a contender for ‘love interest’, along with the other new males in the cast…except Phillip: pretty sure he’s taken at this point.

SMEE! Love that he still has a red knit hat!

Really love her dress, too! Elegant and perfect for a modern Belle. I guess a perk of being Rumpelstiltskin’s true love is getting an excellent wardrobe!

Okay, just read someone saying why their excited about episode 4 on another site: and they claim these a pic/description of Belle being muggled/kidnaped by pirates outside the library. Everything else they said seems to be true (based on what we’ve seen/ read on twitter about the episode) but can’t confirm the mugging. Anyone seen/heard of this yet? Am I behind?

Messaged this person about source: so hopefully will find out if it’s real or just more speculation soon.

I wonder if the book explained what happened to Henry Sr., that Regina pulled out her father’s heart? Scary moment, if a child learned they were named after the father of their adopted mom – whom was killed by said adopted mom! 😯

Pre-Curse, Regina received warnings that if she continued her obsession with revenge, she would be left with a hole in her heart. She could have left and started over with her father. She could have gotten a pet. But no! I think she spent 28 years trying to fill that void regardless of these warnings: Graham and Henry being some of her attempts (there could even have been some attempts at pets in the first 17 years). In the end, Henry was probably as close as she got..

It’s not healthy! Not at all! It wasn’t until I started watching ONCE with my mom over the summer that Regina’s motherhood stood out: partly because my mom get’s livid! Mostly because of everything Elle’s already pointed out. What would she have done to Henry, had he grown up and wanted to leave Storybrooke? Or had fallen in love and wasn’t solely HERS anymore? I can see her having Archie declare him insane/unstable, and committing him before giving him up! She had to be in control of every aspect of his life and that would only have gotten more and more unstable as time progressed.

I’m not putting it beyond these creators to redeem the Evil Queen at some point: but right now I’d be shocked. The only thing that could possibly start this process would be Regina finally forgives Snow, realizing that it was a child’s mistake (and a mistake made to actually get Regina to her happily ever after). I can’t see this happening anytime soon or ever!

Regina will not be getting babysitter privileges or visitation either. I think just about every character we’ve met so far has a better chance of watching Henry than Regina or Rumpelstiltskin.

Based on season 2 spoilers, looks like Charming is going to be Henry's babysitter/defender while Snow and Emma are busy.

Nothing is going to trump that Belle/Rumple image, but found these on tumblr.

Was SO excited to see the filming sign! But it really doesn’t say anything about the scene or when it is taking place: somewhere between 6 a.m. – midnight! Hoping for domestic, early morning, tea-drinking fluff!
