I agree; I don’t think the apple had the sleeping curse on it when the Blind Witch had it. Maybe the sleeping curse would only work on an object that already had some magic and that’s what made the apple special? Maybe the apple was from a magic tree, similar to the one that transported Pinocchio and Emma to our world.

Although I wouldn’t want to have my own hair in those styles, I look forward to seeing what fun, outlandish style the hairdresser has chosen for her to wear that episode.
I hope that Ruby/Red keeps the self-confidence that she recently found in SB. But I hope her wardrobe is more like it was in FTL. 🙂
I hope Gepetto feels remorse for insisting on sending Pinocchio through the tree, especially given the results- he and Pin. were separated for 28 years and Pin. still turned into wood (although we don’t know yet if he still is wood). Not to mention what the results of that meant for Emma. I also hope that he will forgive Archie/Jiminy, especially in light of their friendship of the past 28 years.@obisgirl wrote:

Your dream sounds really similar to Regina’s. Although, probably much less scary to you since everyone wasn’t trying to kill you.
As the keeper of MM’s pixie cut, I of course voted for that. But my second choice would be Regina’s hair.
Good observation, celesstarr. The only times I can remember him using magic for himself were when he first became The Dark One, before Bae went down the bean wormhole. He probably learned during that time that he doesn’t want to pay the price for using magic.
No, wait, I just remembered he used magic to turn Gaston into a rose in Skin Deep. That’s the only post-Bae instance of him using magic (when it wasn’t part of a deal) that I can think of.
Does anyone else remember other instances?I will say that his middle name is plainly written out, it’s not in a code or anagram or anything like that. You just need to look at something that most people ignore (not trying to be cryptic, just don’t want to give it away).
I’m pretty sure that it is on this website, at least that’s what I think I’m seeing. I won’t spoil it for anyone who still wants to guess, though. 🙂
