Oooh, I really like this theory. I definitely agree that it seemed like FTL was losing magic. Maybe there was no more fairy dust; they didn’t seem to be mining any more since Rumple was imprisoned in the mine. Also, the dwarves seemed to be readily available.
[adrotate group="5"]LisaFromOHParticipant7) Probably, because Regina had items that were still magical, as shown in the finale.
29) I don’t think that he “wasted” love. I think he needed very powerful magic in order to bring magic back to an entire town, possibly an entire world.
36) He wasn’t a stable boy; he was a shepherd. Shepherds had to know how to fight off wild animals and thieves to protect their sheep. (I’m not just making that up about shepherds to justify it; I’ve actually heard that before in a completely different context.)LisaFromOHParticipant@scaredcrow65 wrote:
K thanks! What did the huntsman say? So is he on the good side when regIna’s not there?
He said that he gave up his heart to save Snow White. He definitely seems to be on the good side as much as he can be. The episode should be available online now.
LisaFromOHParticipantI thought it was just because it’s based on fairy tales which often have an orphan as the main character and then have more trauma/drama as the plot of the story. And, as hjbau pointed out, sadly these things happen frequently in real life, too.
LisaFromOHParticipantNow that we’ve seen Maleficent die (presumably, since she seemed to explode), do you guys think we will see her back story? I hope so, since I love Sleeping Beauty, but I doubt they will because of the very ending of the episode and Maleficent being dead. Of course, they could go about 50 different ways with season 2 so I hope I’m wrong. But, I repeat, what do you guys think?
LisaFromOHParticipantFor some reason, seeing Henry squeeze the turnover repeatedly is cracking me up.
LisaFromOHParticipantThanks for the info, Belle! If only they were being released around a gift-giving holiday. 😉

Is there any way to make it so that links that lead off this domain open in a new tab? It’s driving me nuts every time I click something in a thread to go look at a picture or watch a video that I’m navigated away from here rather than just getting an additional window to look at something and then being able to click back over to my forum window and comment on it.
I’ve tried looking through the user control settings and don’t see any way to change this but please let me know if I’ve missed it.
That annoyed me too, so now I just right click on the link, then select “Open in New Tab.” I think that may be what Daniel was referring to also.
LisaFromOHParticipantI would love to see Regina’s redemption and Mr. Gold’s, but I’m a big sucker for HEAs for everyone.
LisaFromOHParticipantI had a completely different understanding of that statement by Mr. Gold. I thought that Emma dying was a way to break the curse, not the way to break the curse. Also, it seemed like Gold was planning a trip with the understanding that Emma was alive and going to stay that way. What I got out of it was that if Emma dies, the curse breaks immediately. If Emma stays in Storybrook the curse gradually weakens. I think the curse might also be broken by Emma believing. Did I miss something?
