Just thinking outside the box here  after seeing that sneek peak of 3×01 The Heart Of The Truest Believer I got to thinking and I came up with this wild theory.  First off I think Tamara intended to kill both Neal and Emma in the canary but wasn’t expecting Emma to fight back or Neal to try and stop her so when she used the bean to open the portal she thpought that tsending the two of them to another world that she would have an easy shot at taking Henry before Storybrooke was destroyed.  I  suspect  that PP knew Bae was Rumple’s son when he had the shadow bring him to Neverland in 2×21 & 2×22 Second Star To The Right and Straight On Til Morning  If Greg(Owen) & Tamara are working for PP and Felix then it’s a real good possibility that when Neal introduced Tamara to Henry she and Greg(Owen) could have told PP & Felix that they found the boy that have been looking for.  I’m betting that they let told Felix & PP that Henry is Bae’s son & Rumple’s grandson and was then ordered to bring Henry to Neverland.  If PP is “someone we all should fear”  I’m wondering if PP wants to use Henry as a way to get to Rumple & Bae.  I’m beginning to wonder if PP & Rumple have some kind of blood feud like Snow & Regina have .

To wild of a theory ?

I believe based on the sneak peek  that this confrontation between Rumple and Felix is indeed Present Day Neverland

That is entirely possible RG but if that is the case what could have happened to want make RH work for PP & THO ? Did something happen Marian to cause this ? Because remember what he said in 3×19 to Rumple and Belle as he shot the arrow and it hit Rumple “Don’t you just love magic ? I know I do”

Agreed RG it does sound like Rufio could most definitely be code for PP. Thief could be RH if that is the case then it’s possible we may see Tom Ellis back as RH considering ABC did not pick up his pilot Gothica. So maybe you are right that RH could be Tamara’s father and if that is the case maybe she is willingly working for Pan to gain RH’s freedom if Pan is holding him hostage
