Wow… Morgan le Fay is an excellent candidate.
She is a dark fairy with a gift of healing. She is very beautifully, smart/sneaky, seductive, maniputive (especially of gentlemen).
She caused the fall of Lancelot from the round table (in a manipulative way). She liked him a lot and tried to force him to love her 🙂
She needs to control people and loves power/magic. When she failed in stealing King Author’s Excalibur, she threw the shaft in river and went into hiding….She is a Healer and has an ability to shape change… Is that how she met August? Is she Dragon in disguise? What is the “great” price August pay to that healer?
She knows magic and is accustomed to manipulate men. Attempt to force Lancelot to love her. Does she know the empty heart spell? If so, did she already use it on Bae? It will be interesting if Bae is under the spell thinking that he loves her. But like the Charmings under the curse in Season one, Bae is still drawn to Emma based on his true (?) love.
Here are some info on Morgan le Fay posted on internet If Tamara is Morgan le Fay, it will be a great story. She is very powerful, smart and very beautiful. She seems to be even more powerful than Cora…. Maybe at almost the level of Rumpel the dark one. Also I like see Lancelot again even if it is a flashback.
Morgan Le Fay: popularly known as Arthurian sorceress, benevolent fairy, priestess, dark magician, enchantress, witch, sea goddess, shape-changer, healer, and the sole personage of Avalon the Isle of Apples, not to mention daughter of Ygerna (Igraine) and Gorlois, half-sister to King Arthur, mother of Mordred, lady-in-waiting to Guinevere, wife of Uriens, lover of Sir Accolon, fancier of Sir Lancelot, and ‘as fair a lady as any might be’.
She could change shape at will (and to be young or old, beautiful or ugly, or an animal or other object) and to fly with wings, hence – ‘Le Fay’, or Faerie.
She is more typically portrayed as a wicked enchantress who learned her crafts in a Christian nunnery, powers which were subsequently extended with the help of Merlin. She was referred to later as Arthur’s sister (and again as a healer), and in Le Chevalier au Lion her ointments cured Yvain’s madness.
In the The Vulgate Cycle (1215 to 1235) Morgan Le Fay is however married to Uriens. She is also Queen Guinevere’s lady in waiting and fell in love with the King’s nephew, Giomar, but Guinevere put an end to the romance. Morgan responded by betraying the Queen’s affair with Lancelot to King Arthur. She had herself become infatuated with Sir Lancelot though he consistently refused her attentions, despite being imprisoned by her several times.
In Arthur legends, she represents control, sorcery, and manipulation. She uses underhanded, often manipulative methodsto create her power. During King Arthur’s reign, and in various romances and folk tales, Morgan shows up as a shape-shifter. She is a fairy, a queen, a mermaid, a beautiful young woman, a crone, a hag, an enchantress or a witch.
In some accounts, Morgan has a bad reputation; she is evil, sexual, a temptress.Morgan needs to be in control of people and situations. In some of the legends, Morgan is said to have been a mistress of Merlin. She uses and manipulates him by way of seduction in order to gain knowledge of his spells. Hence the name Morgaine may be read as an anagram, “Gain More.” Morgan Le Fay manipulates situations in order to cause pain for people, especially Arthur. For instance, in courtship of Guinevere and Lancelot, Morgan uses her powers to destroy the ties in the court of Arthur to ruin his reputation and pride.
The best way for Morgan to hurt Arthur and cause him the most pain is to manipulate this situation between Guinevere and Lancelot, both of whom have the highest part of Arthur’s love and pride. Morgan “distressed Camelot with hints about Lancelot’s motives, and the intrigue, now serious, between him and Guinevere” (Ashe 39). She slanders Lancelot and Guinevere’s name in Camelot, and the rest of England, without any remorse or regret: “At Lancelot’s knighting, Arthur forgets to gird on his sword; it is Guinevere who does this, thus creating a formal feudal bond between them which is soon reinforced by that of love. And Lancelot and Guinevere become lovers on the night Arthur sleeps with the enchantress Camille. Arthur then repudiates Guinevere in favour of the false Guinevere, a magical creation of Morgan Le Fay, thus further weakening his claim to her loyalty” (Barber73).
Morgan does quite a good job in the destroying King Arthur and his kingdom. All of this chaos is created by Morgan; her shape-shifting creation, Camille, sleeps with Arthur, causing his adultery. The name “Camille” may also be read as an anagram, “came ill” or “ill came,” a most appropriate explanation for Morgan’s doings.
Hmmm That is interesting and that could be just who Tamara is.

It really must be the most awkward thing for Henry and Emma to sit through a meal with Tamara. Henry is giving Tamara the evil eye and thinking about how she is just a wrench in his dream of wedded bliss for his parents, Emma and Neal. Additionally, I think Emma can usually tell when someone is lying, and I think she has a bad vide about Tamara. Tamara just can’t be trusted. By Emma’s expression, you can tell she doesn’t trust Tamara either.
You just know Emma’s thinking, “Who’s does this Tamara think she is? No way is she going to marry Neal and be step-mom to Henry! Keep smiling.”Plus, Tamara just looks sneaky with her shifty eyes! Here’s a GIF of her from the US promo, and she’s being really suspicious.
Look at the BTS photo; I think Tamara’s totally spying on Neal and August’s private conversation.
That woman is up to no good. I really hope she’s a vindictive fairy who wants to avenge the death of Cinderella’s fairy godmother, whom Rumple killed in 1×4. That'd help to explain why Rumple is so against Baelfire's upcoming marriage to Tamara, and partially why he argues with Bae in 2×20.slurpeez108 I can totally see that happening

True True, I agree with everything you said, Slurpeez.
May I just say MRJ is AMAZING as Baelfire?!?!?? He is just..perfect. I really really like him a lot. His acting is superb. That alone makes me ship swanfire more! 😆 So…sorry, Tamara…but not sorry.
I agree MRJ is absolutely perfect as Baelfire/Neal. He is actually one of my favorite actors. I think he has got amazing chemistry with Jennifer Morrison. They really need to make him a series regular next season

There seems to be a lot of resentment towards Tamara around the blog realm, and we’ve barely met her yet
Yea she looks a little sketchy from the promo, but most of this dislike seemed to form as soon as we knew that she’s Neal’s fiancée 😆Oh Yeah I admit that I am a SwanFire Fan. I love Emma & NealFire together with Henry. I think they will eventually end up back together. I wouldn’t call it resentment exactly, It’s just I don’t trust her intentions towards Neal & the people of Storybrooke.

August might even have been the one to suggest Tamara take a romantic interest in Neal, to help take his mind off of Emma.
If this plays out, I will feed him to a wood chipper. He needs some serious redemption before this episode is over.
RumplesGirl I was just thinking the very same thing about August suggesting to Tamara to take romantic interest in Neal. Here is another idea what if Tamara cast that curse of the Empty Hearted on Neal like Regina wanted to do to Henry. It would explain why Neal who we know even at the end of Tallahassee was still very much in love with Emma is now engaged to Tamara

ParticipantOkay I just had a radical idea. You all know how many of us have speculated for awhile that The Blue Fairy aka Mother Superior is the one who turns August back into a boy based upon the spoiler pics. What if it is Tamara who has magic of her own and turns August back into a little boy to keep him from spilling everything he knows about her a & her intentions about Storybrooke, Neal and possibly Rumple to Emma, Neal, David & Rumple. Because the more I watch those promos. the more I am inclined to think that she may have known August before meeting Neal. I'm thinking she could be a dark fairy from FTL .

ParticipantOkay here is my initial reactions for Episode 2×17 “Welcome To Storybrooke”
When little Owen (who we now know is actually Greg) mentioned Luke Skywalker & Darth Vader Light Saber colors that is when I pieced it together who he was.
As film student I loved how they showed the same dark purplish cloud that we saw in the pilot when Regina cast the curse to rip everyone away from the enchanted forest and bringing them to our world thus creating an instant town that we know as Storybrooke. I can’t help but think that both Ben & Owen(Greg) were also affected by the curse because they were camping in the woods that was part of Storybrooke.
Loved all the 80’s references.
It was great seeing Jamie Dorman back as Sheriff Graham aka The Huntsman.
Rumple paying his respects to Cora was not out of character for him at all. He did have feelings for her that much was clear in “The Miller’s Daughter”
Rumple telling Regina that she still hadn’t learned anything was huge because it showed me that he clearly had grown and is continuing to grow by going to warn the David,Emma, Henry about Regina, Later working with David to try and find out how Regina plans to strike back at Snow, Rumple explaining the Curse Of The Empty Heart to David, Emma, Henry, Later keeping watch and protecting Snow from Regina is something that I don’t think the old Rumple would never have done, so that tells me he is trying to be a better man for both Neal & Belle.
I can understand Henry still being angry with Emma over her lie about Neal but I feel he will eventually get over it. It will just take some time because that was a huge massive lie. But I think that doesn’t even compare to everything that Regina did to him the first 10 years of his life there in Storybrooke. I think on some level he knows that. While he does still think of Regina as his mom it’s clear that he is afraid of her and doesn’t want to go back to living with her.
Loved the fact that Emma seemed to put her anger with Neal aside to work with him to try keep Henry safe from Regina’s curse. I’m sure it was Neal’s idea to take him back to New York with him.
Gotta love Neal’s arrogance when he thought Henry had agreed to go with him “Not bad for Day 3 as a dad if I do say so myself”
Henry is turning out to be exactly like Neal in a lot of ways it’s obvious they both do not like magic because of their experiences with it. I think that was very clear to both Emma & Neal When Emma says “Did you really fall for that ? He’s Your Son !!!” Neal thinks about it for a second and says “He’s running”
Henry wanting to get rid of magic was similar to Neal wanting to flee from a magical world. In Henry’s case he wanted it gone to keep those loves from hurting each other. In Neal’s case he wanted to come to a world without magic to stop Rumple from being the dark one and he would have his papa back.
I liked the fact that David seemed to know what Henry wanted from the mines, and Neal knew that Henry wanted to get rid of magic.
Henry as usual was the voice of reason between all the adults in his life. While Regina destroyed the curse, Henry still wasn’t really able to talk Regina out of her desire for vengeance. Which is why he went straight back to Emma,Neal & David, he knows he is safer with his family and they do love him then he is with Regina.
Snow & Regina Confrontation – I figured that Regina would take Snow’s heart out but I never expected her to show it to her and point out the darkness in it, then shoved it right back in Snow’s chest but not before telling Snow that the more she blackens her heart along the way she will destroy her family and the she will get Henry back. In Regina’s mind she has won and Snow has lost. I suspect that before the season finale Snow will get rid of that blackness in her heart by doing something very very good & selfless.
As for the promo for Selfless, Brave And True. I think this will be another epic episode and that Neal’s fiance Tamara is not as nice as we were led to believe in episode 2×14 “Manhattan”
