I don’t see Baelfire surviving everything that has happened to him without a few emotional scars.

I don’t think I have ever had a character on a show before where one moment I LOVE him and am crying for him and the next I am cringing
I am on the same page as you rumplegoldfan! It’s been awhile since I have found I deep emotional connection to a character. *applauds those brilliant writers and the sexy robert carlyle* The last time I felt this way was probably reading the Harry Potter books lol! I found myself holding back tears when he lost his son. The man has been through unbearable pain and committed countless mistakes. For him to be able to redeem himself would be breath taking.
Someone needs to save Mr. Gold from himself and return him to the loving father he once was.
You couldn’t have said this better! I completely agree with you. Rumpel has been slowing killing himself with each innocent life he hurts. The light of hope within him that was from loving his son is diminishing. If someone doesn’t save him, he will drown in his own pain, ultimately loosing his humanity. That is when he will become a true beast.
Rumpel created the curse to find his son, which is sweet, but in the process, damaged countless lives. Do you think Bae will be able to forgive his father for causing a great deal of pain? As much as I personally want a happy reunion, I could see Bae being furious that Rumpel caused so much evil and guilty that it was all for finding him.
Oh and since we already saw a fake happy version of Rumpel’s reunion with his “son,” I doubt the writers would make the actual one the exact same, easily forgiven type. They are gonna have to add some kind of twist so the audiance is not just watching a repeat. What do you guys think?

Mirror Mirror is a remake of Snow White that just came out in theatres. Now that the shows almost over we will need a lot of movies to hold us over until it comes back! Also, I heart Korra cruel fortuna. 😀
