ParticipantTwo other questions to theorize about….Will Rumple seek revenge against Regina for imprisoning Belle and how? Will Rumple’s relationship with Belle last throughout the “final battle”?

ParticipantWhen I saw Belle my heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest! THANK YOU Jefferson for freeing her 😀 (by the way, how do you think he knew about Rumple and Belle?) I was surprised Belle said that she loved Rumple right away with no hard feelings. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED the reunion and the hugs in the forest (i was trying to contain my fangirl screams the whole time 😉 ) but these two have a lot to work out. Belle is just blindly following his plan, I hope in S2 they talk with each other about what Rump is up too, how Belle fits into his plan, and what happened to Belle all these years. I just want them to have their happy ending, but Belle is not going to be happy when he gets his powers back. Even if they are to protect her, Belle has said before, she wants to know him as an ordinary man. And who am I kidding; I love all this drama with their relationship! It makes is worth wild to watch!

ParticipantI loved how Mr. Gold looked as if he had seen a ghost. He had to actually touch her just to make sure that he wasn’t hallucinating
When Gold said “Your real” my heart shattered. It makes me think that he has dreamed about her before, and now he is in complete awe of her actually standing before him. I apologize for my cheesy comment, but it had to be said or else my fangirl mind would have exploded! I thought the reunion was sweet (when Rumple hugged Belle she made a face like should I be concerned this strange man is hugging me?) Gold’s face was precious. 😀
I believe the reason things seemed rushed in the forest scene is because rumple is a bit shaken. He still wants to go along with his centuries old plan, but now is trying to fit Belle into the picture. He won’t let Belle out of his sight in order to protect her, so I love how he dragged her along into the forest with him to spill the love potion in the well. He cares deeply about her, so I think part of him does want the power to protect her and find his son (because he thinks he won’t be able to as a coward) but I also believe he has other emotions targeted on the want to be in a state of power and control. It’s fantastic the characters are not simply black and white. There is so much hidden is the grey areas. The viewer s perspective play an important role.

ParticipantPerhaps both Jefferson and Belle were imprisoned in the same jail in FTL before the dark curse
That is a smart idea. It’s awfully suspicious he would know so much….which makes me think Jefferson might have written the book . Maybe by using magic he acquired people’s memories , which he filled the book up with.
So, we saw the clock tick to 8:15 back to where it was in the beginning of our tale. So with Mr. Gold’s allusion that he and Belle will have all the time they need
Gold did tell Belle that she would remember him in his shop, and later in the forest that “there will be time for all that”. So he knows Belle will remember everything so that can be together (yay!) Thus, every other characters memory should be in tact too. I thought the curse was fully broken, but if time has stopped again, it seems almost like the magic from the curse is taking over, more powerful than before. That means no one can leave town still and Rump can’t find his son. Maybe he has another plan we don’t know about?
