LOL Ranisha, that’s too adorable! I love that a 6 year old ships Swanfire!
Rewatching it again I really love how Emma smiles at Neal and Rumple reunion. Even though she has mix feelings for Gold, she still happy that Neal is happy and that he reconciled with his father. That smile she gave felt so genuine and warm. She knew exactly how he felt at having their family back together. Gah! that scene just blows everything out of the water!
And yes I agree with RG, Hook was really irritating when trying to goad Neal into another pissing match but Neal just stepped up and turned into a leader and threw whatever Hook said back in his face, without losing his cool. So proud of my man!
[adrotate group="5"]Hello fellow Swanfirers! It’s been a few days since I read through the thread. I’m sure I missed a lot but going by what Slurpeez just said about Neal and Rumple’s reunion followed by the Charming’s family hug, it gave me so many warm and fuzzy feelings in tonight’s episode!!!!
Yep, I did notice Emma’s reaction to Nealfire and Rumple’s reconciliation. I interpret as a glimmer of hope that things will be right between them as well. How can it not? They relate so well to each other. Emma called Neal a lost boy when she too was a lost girl. The parallels are astonishing when it comes to these two!!! UGH It was that scene alone that made up the episode for me. I didn’t really see Emma and Hook’s interaction as very meaningful. They’re comrade in arms. But with Emma and Neal I felt that there’s some trust that is still there between them. Emma trusts Neal to bring Henry to the Jolly Roger and keep him safe and Neal trusts Emma to bring back Henry’s heart.
Yeah I admit I felt the episode was a bit lackluster and felt really rushed. I was disappointed with a lot of the scenes
Liked:
-Rumple and Bae’s father and son hug. This was probably the best scene. Gave so many warm and fuzzy feelings!!!
-Regina and baby Henry. I’ll admit they are cute together. (I’ll even let go that little bit when Regina decides to give him away for a moment)
-Emma and the Lost Boys – I really love how Emma is acting like a mother to all of them, it was rather sweet. But a bit too easy considering they was aligned with Pan for so many years.
-Nealfire and Henry – Love that Nealfire says to Henry you’ve got a dad now. (even though it was to fake Henry/Pan hybrid)
-Pan and Henry body switches. Yes it felt out of the blue but still exciting to see what sort of dynamics and interactions with other characters come out of it when Pan is Henry and Henry is Pan.
-Wendy and Tink’s interaction ( I wish there was more of this!!!)
Dislikes:
-I’ll be honest I was disappointed with the whole adoption scenario. It was as disappointing as finding out what’s inside August’s box when he showed Neal. I thought there would be more to it then that. But I still think there is. How did Rumple pull strings to adopt Henry of all babies?
-Regina finding out who Henry’s mother is and then making a potion to forget? Blah…too convenient. I wish they didn’t make her find out at all.
-Pan getting so easily nicked by Emma. Really?
-Regina not regretting a single thing she did. There goes Regina’s redemption. At least she admitted out loud…
How many more episodes are there before the break anyway? 309 then 1 more ?
There will be two more episodes after 309. So 311 will be the last episode in Mid-Dec then break until March

**GASP** Clearshot of Nealfire in head to toe FTL clothes!!! He’s look so princely with that cape! *Swoons* He can blend right in the royal family. And even in EF, he can still rock a scarf. This hiatus is gonna kill me!!!!!!!! Now I wish we didn’t have a 3 month break LOL **Takes one more look at FTL Nealfire** *Dies*
Whoa!!!! What a happy surprise I woke up to. Can’t believe I just saw pictures of Neal in FTL clothes!!! Wha??? What’s going on here? By the looks of things this is either some weird flashsideways OUAT style or someone’s dream sequence! OMG Can’t wait for this episode. My dream of Princess Emma and Robin-Hood-esque Nealfire is one step closer to becoming true! LOL OK I maybe I spoke a little too soon. But one can dream can’t they??? 😉
I caught OUAT by chance while I was flipping the channels on a bored Sunday. Prince Charming riding on a white horse caught my eye. So I put down the remote and watched a bit further. Riding up to Snow White’s coffin, I thought intriguing…why are they showing the ending to Snow White? Then Ginny pops out of the coffin. I thought Oooo I know her from Big Love (HBO) I love her!
So I kept on watching now that it’s gotten my attention then suddenly a few minutes in, it switches to modern day? What now? What happen? Why is there a little boy on the bus? Am I watching the same show? I’m intrigued now…
Few more minutes in I suddenly see Robert Carlyle in a creepy get up, acting crazy in a dungeon. I loved him from Stargate Universe (which at this point was recently cancelled, bummer) OK now you’ve gotten my interest.
I did watch it on and off again since the Pilot didn’t quite gauge my obsession yet. But after A Heart is a Lonely Hunter’s shocking ending. I was hooked.
And the rest is history…

*Keeps repeating*…. Swanfire endgame, Swanfire endgame, Swanfire endgame, Swanfire endgame, Swanfire endgame!
*Takes deep breath* OK…I have an open mind…I can deal…. :(…
All this talk about Nealfire getting thrown under the bus for CS, makes me a little nervous but I found this old ET interview with Adam and Eddy from season 2. The way they describe Nealfire’s character is that of a hero, so I refuse to believe they would retract their writing of his character and live on without Emma and I really hope that they do not make Neal the bad guy in favor of CS. That would just make them hypocritical of their OWN statements of Nealfire. From the horse’s mouth they said that Nealfire’s actions towards Emma was self-sacrifice. “TRUE LOVE = SACRIFICE” ~ David
Hopefully in the next couple of episodes they will address some issues with Emma and Neal even though I know they won’t get them back together right away, at least it will help Emma think things through. Maybe go for Hook a bit (though I cringe at the thought) and realize in the end Neal is her one true love.

Hmmm… maybe I’m being naive since I don’t go on the forum as much but honestly I don’t see what the fuss is about. We saw similar pictures like these weeks ago and knew Hook and Emma were around the yellow bug. Hearing that Henry is also there, gave me a slight sigh of relief since it’s highly unlikely that they’re on some sort of “date” while he’s around them, but perhaps on a mission? At the very least Emma is being nice to Hook and giving him a ride? (Just speculating here)
Even if CS were to play out, we knew it might happen eventually. As much as I hate to admit it they’ve played up Hook/Emma way to much to not expand it a little more. I don’t like it but I’m open to the idea that it might play out better then it looks in these spoiler shots. BUT I still have hope that Swanfire will rule out in the end!!!! Don’t lose hope guys. Adam said “It’s not what you think!!!!” These exterior scene might only last a minute at most.
Shall we all rewatch this and remember why Swanfire rulez?
