They will revert. And I wait for when the fans will find some way to defend them for it. 🙄 I pretty much like all the core characters–Regina, Emma, Snow White, Henry, Rumpelstiltskin, and Prince Charming. And some of the other characters as well. 🙂
It is good to know that people do understand why Emma chained him–to be honest, I had thought that Captain Hook was going to be the one to trick her. Ad I certainly think that when she caught him lying he was impressed–he seemed that way even when she held the knife to his throat. And he looked hurt when she left him–Emma seemed pretty guilty.
Thank you! I know why people are mad but really one good action does not erase all the bad and you can’t get mad at Henry a 10 year old for wanting to spend time with his mother!
Yeah same, there are very few characters I hate (cough Spencer cough) but yeah I like most of them my faves are the Charmings, Hook, Ruby and Jefferson
I think that was so perfect about that scene my dear Captain Swanners (we were a small group back then) and I were talking before the ep about how we knew it would end with something like that but we always thought it would be Hook not Emma to do the betraying..Yes and if you look closely at him during all of their scenes he is extremely intrigued by her even after the beanstalk (2nd time she has bested him).. There’s a reason Cora-Aurora knew to use that when delivering the message (and Hook looks taken aback and nervous when Cora-Aurora said I think he might care for you, he started fiddling with his hook same as in the cave with the jail cell ..and when he’s comparing her to the bean and telling her that he wouldn’t have done that to her you know he means it and Emma looks really guilty..

I do agree that before Emma can start anything, she needs to be with her family, and especially get to know her father. 🙂 All she really has of him were his actions from last season, and that is poor representation since he was curse. I’ve been waiting for them to spend time together for so long!
She also does need to open. She may have allowed her walls to go down a bit, but she still keeps them high up.
I think she feels a connection to him, just not sure where it will go.
Yeah sometimes fans can get a bit…aggressive (or cuckoo for cocoa puffs) I’d use a stronger word but you can’t use profanity here (which is really hard btw) exactly there should be freedom of ideas even if it’s as crazy as Snow White is the easter bunny
I know!! Because as much as I looove Snow/Emma I feel from what we have seen of Charming…Emma has A LOT more similarities with him so I feel like once they get that going it’s going to be a fantastic relationship! (I hope he stays on as deputy) and I want Overprotective!papa!charming!!!
Exactly! Quoting Snow “That wall of your may keep out pain but it also may keep out love” the walls need to go down a little more so she can trust more people and have actual friends and enjoy her family…I’m sorry i get overwhelmed by Charming family feels
I think she’s not sure either we now she feels the connection (scenes in the beanstalk, the jail scene etc) but she has no idea what to do with it or what it means which is part of what makes it so wonderful
Btw they won’t kill of Hook I don’t know why it’s been talked about so much but they won’t do it, he creators LOVE him (just listen to the podcast) the media loves him, the fans love him etc and there’s a lot to be told there (especially if they go with my headcanon that Hook is really a grown up Peter Pan)

That sounds like it’d be a great scene. It’d also be a good place, where she tells Hook about Neal.
Yes then she goes on to explain that Graham was the first time she had opened herself since Neal and then explains all about Neal and he understands why she left him on that beanstalk

Actually, I’ve always thought tha Regina and Rumpelstiltskin were annoying at times–I do like their characters, I just don’t think they should be excused for everything. And I agree that they get away with a lot, and people see to be okay with them,
I agree that Emma will try to stop him–she is the sheriff, and it is her duty to protect the people, even if she does not like all of them. 🙂 He does seem to enjoy Emma more–mostly because she has more honesty to her, and more fair.
It is a bit strange–I thought people would be too shocked or angry at how Emma (who I tink was justified) chained up Captian Hook to even think of shipping them.

Thank you! and I don’t mind defending yor fav characters but saying like so and so is so evil because of bla bla but excusing everything Regina/Rumple does it’s like helloo something’s wrong..that’s what makes mad at times
Yes and it will be hilarious because he’ll be like ohh are you going to tie me up again and tying to push her buttons.. and like he said she bested him not many have done that hence the respecting Emma in a way

Ironically that’s what told me I had chosen the right ship…It’s perfectly understandable especially knowing what she’s been through, that she did that…and I’m addicted to angst and this ship has angst, snark and 2 characters who are really damaged and have an understanding of the other

I have absolutely no interest in any type of “ship war.” But, I do have my opinion and will express it. Wasn’t arguing. So… thanks so kindly for freaking out.
Sorry I didn’t make myself clear I wasn’t implying that you were dissing anyone or that you wanted to diss anyone I was talking in general (sadly it’s been my experience that these kinds of things escalate to shipwars which really are the worst) didn’t mean to imply anything just being preemptive.. So I apologize sometimes the things in my head don’t translate completely when I write them down
Yes they’re all screw ups that’s why I love them (because I don’t hate Neal btw I don’t particually like him a lot yet but I don’t hate him)
I agree she has not looked at him romantically (she recognizes a kindred soul and she almost trusted him in tallahassee hence the leaving him up there with the giant) and I don’t want them together right that would be all kinds of bad (it’s alright in fic but in the show nope) mostly because neither of them are at a place where a relationship could work
Emma needs to learn to open herself and trust others (and she needs closure over Neal before she can start anything with anyone, even Neal himself) and she needs to like you said spend time with her family and get to know her father (i’m singling him out because she knows/loves/trusts henry and she’s basically either already trusting snow or she’s almost there…but she doesn’t know Charming and she wasn’t a fan of David) and there is nothing that I’m looking forward to more than Charming/Emma scenes (I need them, especially since they are soo alike!)
Hook is all focused on his revenge and until he does something with that he won’t be able to move on to anything, not love not friendship
I shipped them from the first promo of emma holding a knife to his neck (I’m weird I know) and I know some of my friends shipped them from that point as well but I think it got popular after their interactions in Tallahassee and it just escalated from there
