[adrotate group="5"]I don’t believe Henry will be much of an obstacle to CS happening. If he were S2 or S3A Henry, I would have concerns about his willingness to accept Hook as Emma’s boyfriend, but S3B Henry is a different kid. He’s not only a year older than he was, and more mature (I was really impressed with his attitude to Emma’s love life in New York City Serenade) but he also has dual memories. The old Henry probably would have clung to Neal as the “ideal” for Emma but now he has memories of the hurt his mother experienced with Neal and by his own admission, wants nothing more than to see his mom happy (both his moms actually, given how thrilled he was meeting Robin). Henry bonded with Hook and liked him, and I don’t see that changing. I’d love to have more Colin and Jared adventure scenes. Henry can introduce Hook to the joys of the GPS.
Not really CS related, but I thought I’d post this here just to see if there was any interest in tumblr users seeing the results of, or participating in this arbitrary poll. I enjoy Screwball’s ( mostly) snarky posts and while I don’t agree with everything she puts out there, she is pretty astute and manages to find some sanity in the midst of shipper drama. I was reading the notes to see what the initial objections were to the S3 finale and surprisingly (sarcasm) Neal or rather, the lack of Neal, was the primary complaint.

Hmmmm, Hook in modern clothing. Can’t really see it unless they can come up with something really creative. He still needs to look dangerous, which is part of his appeal. Dark wash/black jeans with biker boots and an open collared shirt maybe, but the coat has to stay. Spike managed to pull off the badass look on Buffy with the leather and jeans, Killy can knock it out of the park.
And on the shallower level of immature (laughing at myself) I saw some pictures of sweet Colin from Dust Storm and thought he looked like the younger nerdish brother of Hook who has trouble getting serious dates because his older brother is so totally cool! Ha!
LOL I saw something on Tumblr a while ago comparing scruffy Hook to clean shaven Colin. Basically, Hook is the guy we’d all like to F@$k but Colin’s the guy we’d just pat on the cheek and hand him an ice cream cone. He does look like a choir boy.

That scene to me was about Hook stating his intentions to Emma, no subterfuge or emotional blackmail involved (*cough* Neal needling Emma to go on a lunch date) It’s refreshing to have a guy tell you upfront that he wants to be with you. Hook did the same with Neal in the diner when he told him he was in it for the long haul. He wasn’t going to be going behind Neals back in his dealings with Emma.@surayya love that Vid!!! After seeing all of those moments between, even the little ones, from the very beginning, how can anyone doubt that they were meant to be.
