And it’s often confusing when I meet friends close to mom, to differentiate who is a relative and who isn’t. But anyway, what that means generally, is that any elder you meet (doesn’t even matter if you are blood-related), you still refer to the female elders as ‘auntie’ and the men as ‘uncle.’ That’s just how it is. It’s a sign of respect too.
I had to laugh at that! I come from a big old Italian family “right off the boat” who do the same thing. I’m in my 40s and I still refer to some elders that I’m not related to as “aunt or uncle” because that’s the way I was raised. I make my kids do the same thing and they always get this confused look on their faces like “who the heck is this?” I firmly believe that a child’s life in enriched by the people he\she is surrounded by, blood relation or not.
@Obisgirl, you may also want to ask about kids (yes/no) because it really does seem that there are a lot of moms on this thread.[adrotate group="5"]Well said @rumplegoldfan. I’m glad that we’re all on the same page.
I agree with your post @rumplegoldfan. I think it would wrap things up nicely to have 3 former adversaries working together to combat the WW. And really, who would suspect? I does sound like Hook knows more than he’s letting on but I don’t think he knows the whole story.

I have to wonder if A and E realize how far the fandom goes in picking apart every line written.

It’s an epic fail. But honestly I kind of hope they didn’t because if they pull a “surprise” a la Booth/Bones and Sara/Grissom I am going to be seriously PO’d!!! Yeah, I wanna see it! that it happened behindthe scenes stuff is crap. My new headcannon- and I haven’t seen sneak peek 2 yet so it might already be proven wrong – Killian did stay there all night. They did talk all night. Emma maybe even voiced her feelings to Kilian, giving him that lil swagger walking in the next morning…but stopped just short of the ‘fun’ Hook promised….
Agree with this 1000% I wanna SEE her make the choice- the “it” happening is of course implied (it is a family show lol). But it they just level it as that….. well I’ll be ticked lol Another way they could do it & still maintain rumplegoldfan’s theory , would be for us to see it in flashback after they ‘let us in on the secret’ maybe? OH, oh, oh!!!!! Maybe the massive bomb-shell, someone will be related to another & we never see it coming, will be that finds out she is preggers & we all assume it Walsh (aka flying monkey man), but then we get a flash back to “that night” & it’s actually Killian’s baby! Now that would be a “bomb-shell” many dont see coming

I think TLK will happen strictly with Emma and Hook when one of them is injured by a curse as a result of something that happens trying to defeat the WW.
My headcannon is that Hook will be compelled to kiss Emma again in order to save her, because he knows deep down that she loves him. However, I think too that it would be quite ironic if the kiss came about because Emma was finally forced to admit to herself that she loved Hook in order to save him, allowing those walls she built up to come down, and thus giving the TLK more gravitas.

Jealous Pirate is jealous indeed. But I think he still cares for Bae regardless of the battle for Emmas heart . This is what I got from Hook; he could have remained an observer to the scene but 1. he made it clear that Bae was capable of taking care of himself and would eventually turn up 2. he made sure not to dash Emmas hope that Neal was okay.
I do love how the camera always pans to Hook when Neal is brought up! Really subtle!
