An interesting viewpoint on why Snow ships SF that I hadn’t considered. Originally, my take was more that she was pushing for SF partly because of Hook’s misdeeds in S2, and partly for Emma’s earlier admission of love for Neal rather than her own guilt in abandoning Emma. Its good to have another perspective and gave me some food for thought.

Nice to see all the other moms here. Welcome lurkers! CSlover, I’m happy just reading the posts here too. I know that there are lots of other CSers reading these posts in private so “HI!” to you all. Its gratifying to see that this long, miserable hiatus is allowing us a chance to commiserate. Now, as the mom of two girls I have to admit that although I enjoyed season 2 Hook, there is no way, no how that I would ever want him near my daughters. Season 2 Hook was emotionally toxic and not fit for any relationship. Season 3 Hook on the other hand is something else entirely. I like that he’s trying to be honourable, and in return, honour Emma. He’s brave, he’s honest, he ADMITS his feelings and I know without a doubt that he would put Emma AND HER FAMILY (this is really important to me and says a lot about the character of a man) first above all other desires. This is the kind of guy I would like my daughters to date.

Now that I see it, it looks like the hook was put there deliberately. Good catch Eala! Stelio, man, you are good. Its really gratifying to see how talented our shipmates are. Unfortunately, I don’t have an artistic bone in my body, so I’ll leave all that good stuff up to you.
Eala, Hook was right all along, we CAN’T handle it! The nose rubbing at the end is just as fantastic as the kiss itself. Really shows how affected they both were (and us too!)

Seriously, they would not just kill him off. The Once fandom would go ballistic and A and E know it.
I’m sorry to see you go too Sarah, but you have to do what you feel is best for you. Personally I don’t blame Colin at all for not tweeting his thanks. I certainly didn’t expect anything from him. From all accounts he seems like a super nice guy. Not all actors are active in social media; his twitter account is pretty sparce. I think this hiatus is going to drive us all crazy and stepping back might just be a good thing. I hope you decide to come back but if you don’t I wish you all the very best. God Bless.
