She’s running on very little sleep these days- she probably isn’t thinking clearly! I’d give her a pass on this. She panicked because everyone was pressuring her. Sleep deprivation can cause you to be a little crazy.
I completely agree. Sleep deprivation and fluctuating hormones can make people a little wonky (been there, done that). Snow isn’t the mayor of SB, she never expected to be in charge there and having this role thrust upon her when she’s got a lot going on at home…. I wouldn’t blame her if she went ballistic on Granny and the Dwarves. Personally, I thought the clip was hilarious.

Yeah @Epona_610, Hook was a little whiny, but I would be too if the person I loved kept ditching me for whatever reason. The poor guy has been dreaming about taco time with Emma for ages and she’s always got something better to do 🙁
I found this cute write up. Emma’s facial expression didn;t even register while watching the episode cause I busy watching Killy complain.

Emma’s face as Hook is calling her out and telling her he’s perceptive and gooooooddddddd Swan give me some credit.Let’s look at that face real quick:
He’s huffing away at her and SHE LOVES IT. She loves her huffy pirate.
Because as always, he’s just being completely honest with her about how he feels and what he thinks. And it’s obvious that he isn’t mad, just frustrated. Because he loves her and wants to be with her.
He’s fighting to be with her.
Even when he’s not 100% sure what he’s fighting against. Even when it’s just some nebulous “something else”.
He’s still there, supporting her and staying by her side, and giving her the space she needs to figure stuff out.
Even when he’s huffy.
And THAT is something Emma Swan has NEVER had: the constant partner. The one that’s there even when you’re frustrating them. The one that calls you out when needed, but only because they want what’s best for you.
The one that no matter what, you know will still love you.
And Emma’s face shows that she is very aware of this. That she is comfortable with it, and that she appreciates it. That she’s becoming confident in his feelings for her, for them.
IT’S JUST SO BEAUTIFUL OK.

Beautiful meta @obisgirl! A and E are giving us a gift by allowing fans to be a part of Hook and Emma’s story, and I’m personally going to be enjoying every second of it 🙂

I’s posting a portion of the Once upon a Fan interview that really moved me. I think that the one thing we all agreed on last season was that we wanted to see Emma fight for love, to fight for Killian, instead of pushing him away due to her fear. Sounds like we might get our wish this season 🙂
Diane: Okay, so Ana (@tasoula_k) and Stephanie (@meowjournal) and Marianne Paluso (@Marianne_P81) say that they admire how Emma is an independent and strong woman who still knows how to love. Will the tables ever be reversed, and will we see Emma have to fight for Hook in Season four?
Eddy: Absolutely.
Diane: So their relationship will take some turns that we’re not expecting? I know you’ve already said that they’re not going to sit and eat pizza and watch Netflix—you won’t allow them to have it that easy.
Eddy: You know, we’ve seen Emma for three seasons, over sixty-six episodes. It’s very hard for her to let people in. She’s only called her parents “Mom” and “Dad” twice. Once when she thought she was dying, and then last year when she realized Storybrooke was her home. And so really, it took us that long just to earn that much with her. So for us, even the idea that she would realize she has feelings for Hook, and then the idea that she would just drop everything and be trusting, well we didn’t feel that was real. So we wanted to show the development between the two and what problems they have. And of course, there will be some plot problems along the way! But in the first few episodes we wanted to emotionally get into Emma’s head and wonder how she really feels about Hook.
