Reviews, theories, and talk about ABC's Once Upon a Time TV show
She is rotten to the core. Did you see how she treated her father?!
nobody mentioned that land where snow went to while asleep. the one Henry met Aroura at and then David met Snow. what’s that land or realm called?
Rumple seems to knw about it. can he have created it when he burned that casle to get to the dark one’s dagger? he’s a real fire bug, this Rumple. he used fire to get Emma elected sherrif
I think August knows because he has the book that Henry had. Henry found everything out through that book too.
but who gave him that book…? could it have been blue? not likely, because she was stuck in SB. maybe he just found it. maybe he even wrote it in the first place and HE gave it to MM/SW so she’ll give it to Henry…? after all he is the writer here…
could be he just knew alot of stuff because he was a big boy when he was transported to the real world, and he might have been told alot about the plan so that he could tell Emma, but since he ran away from that responsibility, alot of things may have gone wrong…
btw, who is neverland connected with peter pan or pinoccio? I am hazy with fairytales…

I think that might not be cowardness after all. More like sacrifice. Think of it for a moment: He has done everything to keep the promise to his son the past 300 year. But he needs his magic for that (or at least is convinced he does) If Belle “cures” him of that, it’s gone.So he gets mad. Now let’s go a step further. Maybe Rumpelstiltskin knows the ingredients he need for the curse: True love and the heart of what he loves most. Both can be found in Belle. So he would need to sacrifice her for his son. And part of him would, certainly. He has placed his son above everything. But he loves Belle too. He probably knows himself enough to know he can’t trust himself with such a temptation. So he makes the only decision he can: to send her away.
this is very interesting. I was just thinking about thi today, how Rumple would have never been able to prepare that curse in order to get to his son so he used Regina. it’s a kind of catch 22 for him: do something for love but kill a loved one? With Regina it’s different. she isn’t casting the curse for love, but for spite and anger (and hate) so it can work for her. I wonder how he knew Regina to be so spiteful, is it because he knew her mother?
he couldn’t have known the future yet at the time the magic bean was going to transport him to the land without magic. he only took that power from that fortune teller much later no?
