I don’t think that Barrett is Peter Pan for a couple of reasons
One is that thewriters said we were not going to see Peter Pan this season

Next is Lana stated in an interview was that he was anyone from FTL that we would recognize. Though being Peter would make him not look the same, but it would be like August growing up, and remember what Regina said about August looking vaguely familiar. I think that someone like Hook or Smee would recognize or see similarities between he and Peter therefore would make Lana’s statement false.

Also based on Lana’s statement about the character as well as the reveal of Cora as the Queen of Hearts gave me a idea of who he really is. How could he be someone the characters not recognize but yet be from FTL, and be a same age as he was. Maybe because like Cora as the Queen of Hearts, he wore a mask. And what fairytale character has been known to travel between our world and another and is known as the man behind the mask? The wizard of oz. Maybe because he was originally from this land that when the curse hit it didn’t take him to SB but just made him stop aging. It would fit in the timeline as well as make sense why no one recognizes him and how he found SB.

Also we know that fairytale characters have an act of finding each other in our world so it wouldn’t be so crazy if maybe Neal knows him and asked him to go to SB to see how Emma as well as Rumple are doing so he could have some insight before he has two crazy reunions

I think he was just saying “in another life” like someone says ” it was a long time ago” or “who I use to be”. I think he did have contact with dogs pre-dark one, but being that most of his life was as the dark one in FTL I wouldn’t be shocked if he dealt with dogs during that time.

I like your theory but I don’t know about her being a maid, because one of the only known facts about Cora is she was the millers daughter, which would make you assume she worked in a mill.
And even if Cora and Snow’s mom were sisters that wouldn’t really be Regina’s uncle in blood sense. She would have been related to him only through marriage, so even know it is weird and odd, it wouldn’t be unthinkable. I don’t know if I believe or even want these two to be sisters or even related but I would be shocked if these two have no history

Elreland- I think ur right in saying that Cora and Mulan have a history. Im remembering in Lady of the Lake two points that make me think of this.

First- Cora saying that the people locked her up to be safe, as well as being Lancelot saying they did it with the knowledge of her past. I know that Cora was plotting with this and was probably never in the pit and the people didn’t even know she was in there, but if they did they would need to know who Cora was and that they needed to lock her up, she could have easily played the “I have no powers,” and they thought that locking her up would be enough. If they knew of Cora someone would need direct knowledge of who she was, and because she was in Wonderland for about 10 or more years, I would assume that only someone with direct contact would know she was in fact Regina’s mother and used to be powerful.

The next point is after Cora disappears in Emma’s nursery, Mulan states “I should have known it was Cora” and other things along that line. How could Mulan even know who Cora was if she hadn’t had contact with her. Even if everyone in the haven knew of her as Regina’s mother, Cora was all to smart to have somebody get to know her to the point where she could have been identified. It wasn’t Snow’s experiences with Cora which made her know it was her, but Emma’s mistake of telling Cora Henry’s name. Mulan must have had something to even dream of being able to tell it was Cora

I don’t know if I believe the reunion will not be a happy one. I think Bae is a very forgiving person and that Rumple is full of regret with this fact. Depending on what happened to Bae since the bean and how he grew up I think can determine how this reunion will go. Also I think other things as well as people will factor into the reunion like where they are, whats going on, as well as Emma and Henry being there. No matter who Bae turns out to be having Emma as well as Henry will change the attitude of he reunion. Bae is seeing two people who would have had completely different lives if he did not use the bean, so that will affect the reunion greatly.
