I think Bae is Neal, and is also Peter pan which allowed him not to age cause of Fairy dust, and he travels between Neverland and our world because that’s what Peter did, but because of the curse he couldn’t get back to Neverland so he was stuck in our world.
Since of the new no one can leave Storybroke I think Gold’s favor would be for Emma to go out and find Bae but she finds out it is Neal at some time cause she will either see him or something. What kind of reunion will that be?
Also it fits that Neal is Bae cause of of the thing that August shows him and would have made Neal/Bae any age from 13 to 40.

Doesn’t this confirm that Cora is the Queen though, they wouldn’t make this episode about a minor character right before the winter break. And unless Cora is the Queen, it will be a filler episode right before the break

I don’t think they are zombies, i think that Cora just took their hearts and now they are her puppets, and cora is just making them crazy puppets.I don’t think they are dead, well, yet. Hopefully Emma and snow do get the best of them and kill a couple

I think that Bae ended up in our world originally, since the blue fairy stated it was a land without magic. But I think bae tried to find a way back to the enchanted forest and ended up in Neverland, and frequently went from our world to Neverland since that what happened in the Peter Pan story. He used the fairy dust to transport between worlds, but he was in our world when the curse struck, he couldn’t get back into Neverland, and when his fairy dust runs out he starts aging again. This would account for the time difference, why he ended up in Neverland but yet escaped the curse, and finally why Neal was shocked about August’s box because it could have been the knife, as well as he didn’t say whether he believed in magic or not.
