My gut instinct says these are just random extras.
I definitely think the NFL game pushing a portion of the 60 Minutes Trump interview took a chunk of OUAT’s viewers. Rainbow might have a point about NCSI: LA sharing viewers with OUAT. It’s absence in the 8pm timeslot last week could very well explain why it boosted up two tenths last week, and why it lost those two tenths again this week.
