ModeratorYou know what I was honestly happy about? Both Nemo and Liam did not die by the end of the episode! We’ve had too many Land of Untold Stories characters die this Season, so it was a nice change of pace. Things got to end on a positive note for those characters. We need more positive and heartwarming moments on this show as of late.

ModeratorI’m wondering if Jafar’s tower that we see in Wonderland is taken from a part of Agrabah? Maybe he did destroy Agrabah, and took a remnant of it with him to Wonderland? That would actually be a nice nod to the Disney movie, when Jafar sends one of the palace towers flying to the ends of the earth. A bit out there of a theory, but it did come to mind.

ModeratorOkay then. I’ll accept that.
(the fact that we constantly need claification on this sort of stuff speaks volumes, just saying).
Yeah, I agree. I think the writers do think about a lot of these things when planning out episodes, but the main problem is that they’re not explained clearly enough. That’s still a writing flaw in itself.

ModeratorEmma’s under a sleeping curse? It could explain Morpheus being under the hood (sorta).
I’m thinking this is an AU where the curse never happened, and Emma got to grow up in the Enchanted Forest. Emma’s bed looks more like a bed you’d see in the Enchanted Forest, and it’s on a green screen set. However, my theory is that Regina will be observing this AU in a “It’s A Wonderful Life”/”A Christmas Carol” way, rather than this AU becoming reality. That would explain why we had reports of Regina in her Storybrooke attire filming with the Enchanted Forest dwarves (including Stealthy), Enchanted Forest Rumple, and Robin Hood.

ModeratorLOL right?? Like…just stop lying. Him and Emma, both.
I know I know. PLOT and my questions are pointless.
Though at this point, who hasn’t lied among our main characters? Aside from Emma and Hook:
– Rumple? Check. It’s quite regularly with him.
– Snow? Check. The example that comes off the top of my head was when she and Charming lied to Emma to hide what they did to Lily.
– Charming? Check. Even aside from the Lily incident, he lied to hide that he was poisoned with dreamshade, and he technically lied when he said he would burn the paper and not go after who killed his father. Of course there was also all the lying he did as David Nolan, but the show’s excuse for that was that he was cursed.
– Regina? Check. Too many to list.
– Belle? Check. Yes, they’ve even had Belle lie before. She lied about not knowing who Anna was.
– Henry? Pretty sure he’s had his share of lies.In short, the writers will have any of their characters lie in order to build drama. In particular, they overuse this trope: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/LiarRevealed, among many others.

ModeratorI decided to actually go over OUAT’s history going against the World Series:
Season 1
– OUAT actually went up against the World Series when it premiered, and defied expectations. This is a special case, of course.Season 2
– Episode 205 actually rose from 204’s ratings, going from a 3.4 up to a 3.5.Season 3
– Episode 305 also rose from 304’s ratings, going from a 2.1 up to a 2.2.Season 4
– This marks the first time we saw an actual drop against the World Series. Episode 405 went from a 2.7 down to a 2.4. Episode 406, curiously enough, actually went back up to a 2.6, but that was because the Frozen hype was still there.Season 5
– Episode 506 went from a 1.6 down to a 1.5. A minimal drop compared to Season 4, but a drop nonetheless. Though, Episode 507 did go back up to a 1.6.So we didn’t start seeing any drops against the World Series until Season 4, and both Seasons 4 and 5 only saw a drop of a tenth of a point. So I do think a 0.9 is the lowest we could go. Though we’ve dropped so low already that maybe the World Series won’t cause a drop at all. It really depends on how many of OUAT’s remaining viewers will chose to watch the World series. I do expect to go back up the following week, if we do drop.
