Part of me can’t help but think ABC is eyeing this as a potential replacement for OUAT, given some of the similarities. While I still think there’s a chance OUAT could get a 7th Season, it’s going to end sooner rather than later.

I wonder if ABC would cancel it after 3 years. It’s such a big part of TGIT, with Grey’s and Scandal–so much so that taking Scandal out of the equation this fall led ABC to stop calling it TGIT altogether. If Star Crossed does well in the spring (the newest Shonda show) they might move it to Thursday with a full season; though…gotta wonder how that’ll affect scheduled times for Grey’s and Scandal. Is Still Star Crossed a 10 pm show??
ETA: it took me a few mins to remember why the spring ABC Thursday line is still called TGIT, but it’s because of The Catch which likewise flies under the Shondaland banner. Where does it fit into the spring lineup?
From what I recall, TGIT’s spring lineup will be the same as last spring’s: Grey’s, Scandal and The Catch. Still Star Crossed is currently TBD. My guess is Still Star Crossed is on hold, in the event that Conviction or another show bombs.
