According to IMDB’s cast list for 604, Jonny Coyne is set to reprise his role as Dr. Lydgate from Wonderland. Elizabeth Blackmore is also listed to appear as some random woman named Mary Wilmore: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5924250/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#cast
Since this is IMDB, I’d take it with a grain of salt for now. If this is legit, then I guess Jekyll and Hyde were originally from Alice’s Victorian England, prior to ending up in the Land of Untold Stories. Victorian England and the Land Without Color were the two most suspected worlds for the characters before 522/523 aired, so this would line up. I honestly hope that Dr. Lydgate really is appearing, cause that gives us more hope for Anastasia.

The DVD case without the slip has the character faces on the bottom, like on the Season 4 set:
Note that this person doesn’t actually have the DVD yet. They just work at Wal-Mart, and the sets arrived early to prep for next week’s release date. They can’t actually watch the discs yet.

I’m really surprised that none of the deleted scenes or bloopers have leaked yet to be honest.
I think normally the bonus feature leaks happen the week prior to the release date, when some fans get their copies shipped early from random online stores. I think these are usually no named stores that don’t particularly care about breaking release dates. That sort of thing is pretty common. So I would guess that could still happen within the next few days.
I also feel like no one major will die.  Mainly because off how recently they killed off Robin.  If they hadn’t killed a major character last season, I would think we are overdue.  But not the case.  EQ will likely kill someone we all love but isn’t a main character.  Perhaps a dwarf like Grumpy, or Blue Fairy, or Archie, or Granny, or Moe French.  Now that these minor characters are going to allegedly be relevant again, I think it is way more likely someone like that dies.
When it comes to permanently killing off actual series regulars, there’s been very long gaps between them. Graham’s death was in Season 1, Neal’s death was in Season 3, and Robin’s death was in Season 5. So far that makes only one permanent-death of a regular every other Season. Considering they’re still dealing with the backlash from Robin’s death, I doubt the writers are in any hurry to risk killing off any more fan favorites anytime soon.
