I’ve always been interested in the idea of a Once Upon a Time video game. I think the best way to do it would be as a Telltale point and click adventure game. Think the 2010 Back to the Future game, the Walking Dead games, and the Game of Thrones game. Another example is The Wolf Among Us, which curiously enough is based on Fables. Of course the comparisons between OUAT and Fables go far back.

Here’s some food for thought, on where OUAT may stand next Season. I’ll do an update, once all of the ABC finales have aired:

    New Dramas
    – “Conviction”
    – “Designated Survivor”
    – “Notorious”
    – “Still Star-Crossed”
    – “Time After Time”

    New Comedies
    – “Downward Dog”
    – “Imaginary Mary”
    – “Untitled Sarah Dunn Project”

    Returning Dramas
    – “Grey’s Anatomy” (Season 13) (Latest rating: 2.0)
    – “Secrets and Lies” (Season 2. ABC confirmed they benched it for this Fall, apparently) (Latest Rating: 1.8, but keep in mind that was a year ago)
    – “Scandal” (Season 6) (Latest rating: 1.5)
    – “How To Get Away With Murder” (Season 3. Won’t have enough episodes for a guaranteed 4th Season renewal) (Latest rating: 1.4)
    – “Once Upon a Time” (Season 6) (Latest rating: 1.1)
    – “The Catch” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Quantico” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “American Crime” (Season 3. Won’t have enough episodes for a guaranteed 4th Season renewal) (Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (Season 4) (Latest rating: 0.9)

    Returning Comedies
    – “Modern Family” (Season 8) (Latest rating: 2.1)
    – “The Goldbergs” (Season 4) (Latest rating: 1.9)
    – “The Middle” (Season 8) (Latest rating: 1.6)
    – “black-ish” (Season 3. Will have enough episodes to guaranteed a 4th Season renewal) (Latest rating: 1.5)
    – “The Real O’Neals” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Fresh Off The Boat” (Season 3. Should have enough episodes to guaranteed a 4th Season renewal)(Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Dr. Ken” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)

    Overall rankings

    – “Modern Family” (Season 8) (Latest rating: 2.1)
    – “Grey’s Anatomy” (Season 13) (Latest rating: 2.0)
    – “The Goldbergs” (Season 4) (Latest rating: 1.9)
    – “Secrets and Lies” (Season 2) (Latest Rating: 1.8, but that was a year ago)
    – “The Middle” (Season 8) (Latest rating: 1.6)
    – “Scandal” (Season 6) (Latest rating: 1.5)
    – “black-ish” (Season 3. Will have enough episodes to guaranteed a 4th Season renewal) (Latest rating: 1.5)
    – “The Real O’Neals” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Fresh Off The Boat” (Season 3. Should have enough episodes to guarantee a 4th Season renewal)(Latest rating: 0.9)
    – “Dr. Ken” (Season 2) (Latest rating: 0.9)

As you can see, OUAT still ranks the highest rated out of the non-Shonda dramas for this Season. You can’t really count Secrets and Lies, when it’s been off the air for over a year now. If you rank all of the dramas and comedies together, then OUAT is somewhere in the middle. This is before you factor in all of those new shows. So it’s not just how OUAT continues to do compared to the veterans, but how it’ll do compared to the newbies.

As someone who actually listened to their podcast last night, there’s a few things about this news that I should clarify about:

    1) Robin’s death was not the deciding factor to end the podcast. They explained that they had planned this since around when 5B started airing. They have not been big fans of this story arc as a whole, especially Anne Marie.
    2) They do have other podcasts, and want to take more time to focus on those.
    3) They even said that they still plan to watch and even tweet about the show.
    4) They said they may even be open to doing occasional one off specials, where they talk about future story arcs as a whole.

Yeah, but some of that sounds a lot like what we’ve been predicting too. (potion, for example)

But, yeah we’ll see in a few days.

I guess the question now is, how much of it is fake? Because those fake spoilers sound too close to what we saw in the promo and what’s being teased…

But that’s the thing. A fan who closely watches all of the spoilers could have very easily put this all together, claiming it to be legit inside information. But yeah, only time will tell.

Adam already claims that these are fake spoilers:

    this is not real.

    fake

    — Adam Horowitz (@AdamHorowitzLA) May 12, 2016

Guess we’ll know for sure once the finale airs. Keep in mind, that fake spoilers have been a thing before. Last year, some Tumblr user fabricated script pages for “Operation Mongoose”, and they turned out to be completely inaccurate. They even later admitted that they faked it. The only thing that was somewhat accurate from it was that Emma became the Dark One, which everyone already knew about anyway.

RIP Galavant. It was great that we even got a 2nd Season, and I’ll miss it. However, Alan Menken tweeted that there are plans to turn adapt Galavant into a stage musical:

GALAVANT is not continuing at ABC. But it will live on in so many ways. Guaranteed. Love to our cast, our writers, our fans!! Stay tuned…

    — Alan Menken (@AIMenken) May 12, 2016

    YES!!

    — Alan Menken (@AIMenken) May 12, 2016

If this is really the case, I’m excited! Also, I’m stunned than Alan Menken himself tweeted at me…

LOL the characters don’t understand the world building either

    Quote

This self-awareness of the show’s logic is in line with Rumple’s “your questions are pointless” from earlier this Season.
