ModeratorIt’s still lying by omission.
Agreed. Hades even lied to Zelena that the rest of them would get to the portal on time, when he was under the impression that they’d be trapped in the Underworld thanks to his trickery.

ModeratorYeah, he hasn’t that’s the thing. He was pretty open about his plans in 519–he flat out told he wanted to leave all the heroes in the Underworld and go to SB, just them and the baby. Zelena has a case of heart-eyes that is making her forget that or something.
Zelena assumed that Hades had a change of heart like everybody else was led to believe. Zelena was adamant about not leaving her sister behind, but Hades hid from her that he still wanted to leave them all behind.

ModeratorHere’s what I think will happen.
Zeus will find out that his brother is up to no good, and will team up with Hook to help our heroes. The press release kinda hints at that possibility. Zeus also finds out that Emma and Hook passed the true love test for the ambrosia, but that Hades tricked them. Therefore, Zeus gives Hook some ambrosia after Hades is dealt with. A literal deus ex machina.MatthewPaul

Pretty sure this is Hook’s grave, so I’m still going with a double funeral for him and Robin.

ModeratorSteady as she goes…our finale is likely to be a 1.1 or 1.2 meaning that overall, S5B only dropped .3 (from a 1.3 to a 1.0 midway through the season but quickly rebounded)
Have we ever actually dropped for a Season finale? I know we have for Winter finales, but the Season finales tend to either remain steady or go up. But yeah, this has been a very stable run of episodes this Spring. I think this goes back to what I said before: we’ve dropped so low, that we’re down to the most dedicated fans. We’ve hit our floor until at least the next Season. We didn’t see any major ratings effects from Easter Sunday or the controversial LGBT episode either.

ModeratorBreakups (Captain Swan–which doesn’t really make sense)
Well yeah, we know they’ll be reunited, but I guess it still counts as a breakup because Emma and Hook assumed that was really goodbye. But yeah, it’s gonna be reversed very fast.

ModeratorEmma Caulfield as the Blind Witch
Oh hey, I didn’t expect to see more of her.
Victoria Smurfit as Cruella De Vil
Nor did I expect more Cruella, but I welcome it.
Amy Manson as Merida
We already knew this.
Liam Garrigan as King Arthur
We knew the Camelot characters were returning, but this is the first we’ve heard about Arthur specifically, I believe.
David Hoflin as Zeus
Here’s our Zeus. Not quite what I expected:

ModeratorI dunno. After tonight I’m kinda thinking that it’s Hook’s funeral. But as for who won’t survive…well. They feinted on Robin tonight and they almost always do a feint before killing someone.
I think it’s a funeral for both Robin and Hook. However, Hook somehow returns via some deus ex machina by the end of the episode.
