I don’t remember them saying that. But the hat was found in the Sorcerer’s Mansion which was rented (?) to Yensid. I think it just goes to show that the writers really didn’t know what they were doing with that whole plot line. Because Merlin would have still been stuck in his tree so…like how does he have a giant house that appeared in the second curse with the hat…? I don’t know.
Actually, Yensid was listed as the landowner of the Apprentice’s house, not the Sorcerer’s Mansion.
Also wonder who are the media going there? Is matt from TV line going there?
Leanne from ET Online has confirmed she’s going. I expect Matt from TV Line, Natalie from EW, Marisa from TV Insider, and Jim from Xfinity (previously from TV Fanatic) will attend, too.
I got the impression that Matt wasnt at the S5 media screen with A&E, since he is in NY all the others are in LA , i think, he may not go to Van.
Matt has flown out to Vancouver for set visits before, so I wouldn’t rule him out. Since this is the celebration of the show’s 100th episode milestone, he might feel obligated to attend. It’s one thing not to attend a normal low key Season premiere screening/Q&A session at the Disney Studios in Burbank, but this looks to be a significant event in itself.
What about Lily from tv.com? LOL
Has she actually attended events as press? I doubt she will, though.

Will they have a special this year? Maybe the party is the special, that will be filmed to use before the show, or at least some scenes from it.
This is probably only for crew, cast that is filming at the moment and the ones that live in Van and for some media, they will probably screen epi 100 for the media , so no fans.
Also this also cuts the cast that will go, I mean if was in LA would be normal that even past cast members that don’t appear in long time to go, now in Van gets more selected, and I’m not talking about MRJ, I didnt believe he was going to be there if was in LA, but like I said before, it wouldn’t be impossible bc is LA, bc large part of ex and regular cast lives there, so him being invited would more or less blend in, even tho would trigger spoilers, but in Van, he won’t be there, that would scream Neal is actually on the epi, I mean all ex cast members present at s4 premiere ended on the show that season, so yeah, now is even more impossible MRJ even going, and I still say I don’t believe he will be in the epi.
I’ve also been considering the possibility that they could film this event and compile it into a TV special set to air before the premiere. I bet whatever special airs will be titled “Once Upon a Time: Once Turns 100”, as Adam and those associated with the show have been been posting the #OnceTurns100 hashtag on Twitter recently. I expect that they’ll invite plenty of Once alumni. This is the 100th celebration, and I’d think they’d want to have a reunion of sorts for the occasion. Plus, if they do film this as a special, they would conveniently have a bunch of actors available for interview segments.
