Or did she make the apples and Regina stole them? But that contradicts what we know about Regina getting the sleeping curse from Maleficent. So did the blind witch steal the curse or the apples from maleficent? Hmmm
Well according to the promo for 512, it looks like she runs the diner in the Underworld. I’m guessing our main group will return to the diner throughout the Season.

IMDB is now listing Emma Caulfield for not just 512, but also 513, 516 and 518. How strange. Keep in mind, IMDB isn’t always reliable:

The first thought is that she’s appearing in 518, but another idea came to mind. Perhaps she could be coming to film a special new promo for 512 featuring other dead characters, similar to how they filmed that Dark Emma promo with the Queens of Darkness last Season.
I too would like to actually see Hades in a promotional video of some sort, but they may want to save his formal introduction til the episode actually premieres. I just hope they don’t try to pull a “he first appears under an alias, but doesn’t truly reveal his identity til later in the episode”, like they already did with Pan. They held off on showing Pan in any promotional material prior to Season 3’s premiere for that reason.
If they were to a promotional video featuring Hades, this is somewhat how I would picture it:
The first thing we see is the Underworld’s fog slowly fading away, revealing a close up of the broken clock tower. The camera would then zoom away from the clock tower, showing more of the Underbrooke. Various dead characters would walk into the town square in front of the clock tower; including Cora, Pan and Cruella. Then Hades would suddenly walk out from behind the broken clock tower, introducing himself.
“Hi. Hades, Lord of the Dead. I’m so glad you could join us, as I welcome you to the Underworld. I hope you enjoy your stay.”, Hades would say with a devilish grin on his face.
Then the promo would end with the title card and voice over saying “Once Upon a Time returns with all new episodes on Sunday March 6th at 8/7 central on ABC.”
