First Meghan, then MRJ, then the guy who plays Will whose name I can’t remember. He’s probably the one who got shafted most of all. Emilie is a real trooper for sticking with the show all these years despite Belle’s lack of screen time.
Actually, it started with Raphael Sbarge (Archie). He was actually a regular back in Season 1, but his screentime got further and further diminished as the Season went on. He of course got demoted to recurring for Season 2 onward. You can also count Eion Bailey (August), who took Jamie Dornan’s regular slot for the 2nd half of Season 1. It might have been the original plan to keep August around as a regular but that didn’t happen.
Theory. I don’t think Hook’s supposed plan to kill Rumple for revenge is quite what it appears to be. In actuality, I think Hook might actually WANT Rumple to kill him. Why? Because we know from photos taken on set that the Rumple figment appears during their duel. Emma has mentioned before that not seeing the Rumple vision might have actually been a bad thing, as that was when she took Violet’s heart and forced her to break Henry’s heart. Emma also saw the voices when she was pretending to be an all bad Dark One in Storybrooke. We know Hook wanted to die and not turn into a Dark One, and that very well might be his wish. He can’t stand living as a Dark One, the thing he despises.

Also I hate Zelena’s outfit still. And it looks like she is trying to get her baby, but, ya know, not steal it.
Because she was trying to hide what happened to Hook in Camelot, and was trying to make things right without them having to find out.
