1. What do you think would happen if Harry, Ron and Hermione had approached Professor Dumbledore with their suspicions at this time?
I think Professor Dumbledore would have been as cryptic as possible, while re-assuring them that he doesn’t think Snape has anything to do with what happened.
2. What do Hermione’s actions at the Quidditch game reveal about her character?
They revealed that Hermione can be quick to jump to conclusions. On the other hand, it shows how much she values her friends and how far she’s willing to go in order to protect them. Even if it involves breaking rules, which she is normally dead set against. If Snape had caught her setting his robes on fire, she would have been in big trouble.
I’d like to discuss Quidditch itself. It’s remarkable how Rowling was able to create an entirely new sport, and one that inspired a real life variation that is growing in popularity. She even turned the fictional “Quidditch Through the Ages” textbook into a real book chalk full of Quidditch information. In fact, she also gave the filmmakers pages of Quidditch rules, to aid them in filming the Quidditch sequences.
Okay, when is the new chick supposed to be writing an episode?? Jane is apparently 507 (unless they are tag teaming that one)
Also, fun title.
Well last Season, Tze Chun didn’t write an episode until 410 “Shattered Sight”, with his only other episode of the Season being 417 “Heart of Gold.” I guess Brigit will similarly write the least amount of episodes this Season.

You say there is no Hand of Fate in universe but how do we know? Because while lack of evidence is not evidence itself, even characters in universe seem to think that there might something bigger at play pushing those three souls together.
Pretty much. We question how fate works in the Harry Potter universe, and yet don’t we all do the same thing in real life? We’re never going to get a definitive answer, because it all comes down to the mystery of life. Even in the Wizarding world, there are many questions left to be answered. Which goes back to magic not being able to solve all of their problems, but instead complicate things even further.
Conversation Questions
1. Why do you think Hermione can be a haughty know-it-all?
She always raises her hand to answer a teacher’s question, find every opportunity to mention “I’ve read all about it in…”, and tells Ron how to properly do magic. That attitude can easily come across as condescending, which is a natural turn off.
2. Would you have been friends with Hermione at school?
Honestly, I probably would have. I can relate to being interested in several classes, to the point where it was noticed by both teachers and fellow students. I know at least one classmate called me a “teacher’s pet”, because I was really into our Global History class, and our teacher definitely didn’t hide his enthusiasm for me. I also often have a habit of bringing up things I know about during a casual conversation.
3. Do you think Hermione, Harry and Ron still would have become friends if there had never been a troll incident?
I think eventually they would have. Either another event would have brought them together, or Harry would have felt sorry for Hermione and attempted to talk to her and get to know her better. Either way, I feel these three were always fated to be a team.
Extra Fluff Question
1. Which Quidditch position would you want to play?
I don’t think I’m quick and agile enough to be a Seeker or Chaser. I’ve never been good with a bat, so Beater would likely not be much of an option either. I guess that leaves me with Keeper.
I think this will make a lot more sense once we actually see the episodes. Remember when we first got set photos for 312, and how confusing those were at the time? We didn’t know that the curse brought everybody sans Emma and Henry back to the Enchanted Forest, that Emma and Henry would move to NYC, that there would be a 1 year timeskip, and yet ANOTHER curse that would bring everyone else back to Storybrooke with no recollection of that year. I do have to give Adam and Eddy credit for situations like this. It makes fan theorizing based on set photos A LOT harder, which of course is what they’d prefer. They don’t want us to know everything that is happening before the episodes air.
