ModeratorI want to talk about discrimination and racism, briefly. Obviously this is something that plays a major role in the series as a whole. This boy in the shop exhibits a racism that is based on blood–the “other” kind of witch and wizard shouldn’t be allowed in Hogwarts. These is something impure about those kinds (Muggle born). We’ve also seen that Vernon and Petunia exhibit discrimination tendencies toward Magical Folk for being odd and absurd. Their racism is grounded in ignorance–magic and the magical world do not align with their construction of the world and therefore must be an oddity, something “unreal” in the face of the real.
Also interesting to note that this boy happens to be blonde. You can further tie this to the Nazis’ view of a superior Aryan race of blonde hair and blue eyes. The blonde hair thing can also be used as another comparison to the Dursleys. The Dursleys discriminate Harry and the rest of his magical kind, while this boy discriminates against muggles and muggle born wizards. Two sides of the same coin, really. The Nazi symbolism will become even more apparent as we continue through the series.

ModeratorThat’s three Seasons in a row that have used the same apple concept for the poster.

ModeratorI’m going to assume that this Rumple is a vision of sorts that only Emma interacts with. I think this could be their way of giving Rumple plenty of screentime, while he is still in a coma. Aside from flashbacks, that is. For plot reasons, they likely don’t want Rumple waking up from his coma this early on, so we get this version of Rumple in the meantime. It’s like with Shadow Belle in Season 3A. They decided to keep Belle in Storybrooke in Season 3A to 1) enact the protection spell, 2) have one of the regulars in Storybrooke, 3) to help Ariel out. So to give Belle more screentime, they created the whole Shadow Belle plotline.

ModeratorThe bloopers were actually quite funny this year. Big difference from last year.
Helps that it was way longer at 5 minutes long. The Season 3 blooper reel was less than 2 minutes long.
MatthewPaul
ModeratorDeleted scenes and bloopers, for those who missed when they were up yesterday. Also included are a few that weren’t up before:
Bloopers
Deleted Scene – The Babysitter
Deleted Scene – Chasing Happy Endings
Deleted Scene – Laundry and Tea Cakes
Deleted Scene – No Deal
Deleted Scene – Things Can Change
Deleted Scene – We Can Fix It
For the record, these aren’t all of the deleted scenes, based on that list I posted on the previous page.

ModeratorOkay, seems pretty clear that this is a Camelot centric (perhaps Guinevere/Lancelot since originally it’s their love that breaks Camelot)
Camelot might be involved, but I have a feeling it’ll still be a Rumple centric. 4th episode of the Season, and it’s co-written by David H. Goodman, who has written many Rumple centrics.

ModeratorLooks like ABC took down the bloopers and deleted scenes. Not too surprised.
MatthewPaul
ModeratorLooks like they also posted some of the deleted scenes. There’s always at least one person who gets their set early:
