ModeratorAt the end of OUATIW we got a scene set most likely several years after these current OUAT S4 events where it’s implied they’re back together and King and Queen, ect
Not according to Jane’s tweet I posted about two pages back
Honestly, I think Jane misunderstood the tweet she was responding to. I don’t think she intended to mean after the 10 year time skip, but a little after Alice and Cyrus’ wedding.

ModeratorThen, honestly, I’d prefer they not have Will here at all. Let him have WL and his HEA with Ana.
Oh, I agree, but I was simply stating the likely facts. For whatever reason, they wanted Will on the show, but had to write around why he would no longer be back in Wonderland with Ana. I’m just trying to figure out what their main endgame plan for Will on this show, which is frustrating. Was it all for Scarlet Beauty? Was it all to merely be Robin’s sidekick? Or perhaps it was simply thinking “Hey, he’s the most popular character on our failed spinoff. Wouldn’t it be fun to randomly insert him on the main show?”

ModeratorLet’s face it, this whole Will and Anastasia separation thing comes down to one thing: They can’t bother to get Emma Rigby back to stick around as another regular or even as just recurring, most likely because they don’t want to spend money or just can’t afford her. We know they didn’t have room in their regular cast budget for her, because they couldn’t even make Robin a regular as a result of making Will one. Their recurring cast budget had to go towards the Frozen characters for 4A and the Queens of Darkness for 4B. They wanted Will on the show, so what do they do? They write around Anastasia’s lack of availability by creating a scenario where her and Will are currently separated. Therefore, they have opted to further explore his ties with Robin Hood (since he’s already there anyway), and to have him acquaint with other regular characters on the show (Belle). I’ll be impressed if they can even get Emma Rigby back for a flashback to explain the separation.

ModeratorYes. Mal is literally an incubator. But Lily thinks of Mal as a mother more than Snowing–she gave Snowing the death glare when she enters SB in those BTS shots we got. But hugs Mal. (it’s like there was a movie that involved this exact same thing that came out in 2014…I’m just struggling to remember what it was called. Malicore? Maleficence? Mal…Mal…Mal something)
Well, except Mal was never pregnant with Aurora in that movie. And in this case, Mal never even got the chance to raise Lily, if she lost her as an infant.

ModeratorI still think Mal’s child *coughLilycough* has no father, and she was conceived via the love potion being inside of Mal.

ModeratorEven if they go the whole “what Alice showed to her daughter wasn’t accurate anymore” angle, that’s still retconning what the original ending of Wonderland implied. If they actually had a long term plan of permanently separating Will and Anastasia for the sake of including Will on the parent show, then they would have left her dead. But no, they went the extra mile to resurrect Anastasia with Nyx’s water because “it wasn’t her time.”

ModeratorI looked back at some of the filming pics from this episode:

Yeah, I really think Rumple is going to impersonate Hook to get the dagger back.
MatthewPaul
ModeratorI’m not going to speculate either if Bobby is unhappy with the show. I’ve always interpreted him as a very laid-back, honest person. Heck, he’s more open about Rumple’s motivation for doing what he does than Lana is (who has the strong tendency to gloss over stuff when it comes to Regina).
Isn’t Bobby also on record for saying he enjoys playing Rumple when he’s bad the most, and doesn’t think Rumple deserves his happy ending?
