I might be in the minority here but I’m happy for her. I’m glad that she didn’t easily forgive Rumple and take him back.
That I can understand, but the issue a lot of us still have is that end of Wonderland made it clear that Will and Anastasia had their happy ending. So, to see Will and Belle together implies that they retconned that happy ending somehow by killing off Anastasia or something else that put an end to their relationship. That in itself has nothing to do with Rumple.
Soooooo today OUAT filmed a scene where it looked like Emma was saying goodbye to hook, Henry and her parents before getting into the bug with regina who was holding a scroll.
I totally agree. The writers absolutely should have left WL alone if their plan was to destroy it by messing with well established canon events in that show and a beautifully written couple like Ana and Will. While we don’t know if Ana is gone for sure, I just have such low expectations of the writers now that they have lost my trust.
The other thing is, if they wanted Will to lose Anastasia tragically, they had an opportunity right then and there in the Wonderland finale. Honestly if they had kept her dead then, I would be more accepting if he did lose her because of the way it was setup. But no, she was revived from Nyx’s water specifically because “it wasn’t her time. The Red Queen was meant to move on, but Anastasia, her path was meant to continue.” So, if she is now dead again, how would dying only a year later at the most afterwards make any sense?

Oh and speaking of character mashups, a friend of mine pointed out this:
It’s still possible the kid’s not Joker. Previews mentioned a new criminal “The Red Hood”. In classic Batman lore, it’s the Red Hood who took the dive into all those chemicals and presumably, the “joker kid” is still in custody for murdering mommy. There’s ways they could write around all this.
So the Red Hood from next week could be the Joker Kid
The Joker actually doesn’t have one canon origin story in the comics. He has several, and they contradict each other. That’s the whole point behind the mystery of the character. The one you’re describing is “The Killing Joke”, which is the most famous origin story. The creators have even said months ago in interviews that we may see several possible “Jokers.”

Yep! For all we know, ScarletBelle might not be a pairing they’re seriously trying to setup, but more so as another roadblock for Rumbelle in the same manner David and Kathryn was to Snowing. Adam and Eddy love messing their viewers around like this, because to them it’s all fun drama. And I still wouldn’t be surprised if this goes either way.
To add more of my own two cents, if ScarletBelle becomes canon, it’s the potential loss of ScarletQueen that’s the real casualty in this, not so much Rumbelle. Like Jeremy has said on the podcast, I’d rather Will had not come to OUAT at all if it meant mucking up his happy ending established on Wonderland. Not to mention killing her off retcons Wonderland’s 10 year timeskip, where Alice’s book shows Will and Anastasia ruling Wonderland as the White King and Queen. A part of me is still hoping Anastasia is not dead, as we still do not have 100% concrete proof that she is. Not to say this recent looking development isn’t making her fate look any good.
In all honesty, I really need context to fully understand what is going on. There are times where our predictions based on set photos were wrong, or someone incorrectly reported a spoiler. Remember how we got that photo of Rumple and Zelena kissing, and it turned out he was just tricking her to try and get the dagger? Remember how a lot of us feared they were setting it up so Leopold was Zelena’s father, and it turned out he wasn’t? Remember how TVLine incorrectly posted (well heavily implied, at least) that Lily would be Henry’s girlfriend, and it turned out she was actually Emma’s childhood friend? Remember those photos of the CaptainSwan hug in 312 that turned out to not even be a scripted scene (at least according to Adam)? Believe what you want, but context is still key. Spoilers can be all over the place and misleading a good chunk of the time. Not to say we haven’t had accurate predictions based on spoilers before, as we have plenty of times, but again we don’t always know everything. Just felt this was important to say.
