ModeratorAlso, I will actually be there. I should also note that Once actors Giancarlo Esposito (Sidney Glass/Magic Mirror) and Sonequa Martin Green (Tamara) will also happen to be at NYCC, but they’ll be doing their own separate things.

ModeratorBumping this thread, as the Season premiere is this Sunday.

ModeratorAlso, Jerome Schwartz is one of the writers again, which likely means plenty of Will Scarlet.

ModeratorI’m pretty sure it’s Cinderella. We keep overlooking this because we–the people who watched WL–are already in the know that Ana is Cinderella’s step sister. But for viewers who did not watch WL, they won’t know that Will is Ashely’s step-brother-in-law.
Also, the actress who plays ‘Ella was at the red carpet premiere, which felt odd given how little of her we see since S1.
Not to mention Jessy Schram actually went to Vancouver after attending the premiere. She could be working on another movie or something else, but the timing is suspicious. And let’s not forget that they had her in the Wonderland series premiere last year, which to me feels like “we don’t want you to forget her.” Maybe they had more story ideas for Anastasia, Will, and Cinderella that they considered for Wonderland, but the lackluster performance of the series didn’t allow enough time to incorporate those and now they’ll be revisiting that on the parent show.

ModeratorThis title looks awfully similar to 405’s title, “Breaking Glass”, so now I’m all confused…

ModeratorMeghan lives in Vancouver though, so this doesn’t necessarily mean she’s gonna be on the show again (much as I’d love her to be). Was she at the premiere, I don’t recall seeing any pics of her?
Nope, she wasn’t.

Moderator3 are here (though 2 are from the first 7 minutes. The new one is the Rumbelle ballroom scene):

ModeratorNeilsen ratings, I’m not sure. I know that ABC does track those and GetGlue. ABC does their own separate ratings that also combine people watching on ABC’s website and Hulu. The only thing I know Neilsen tracks for sure now is Twitter, though that is a flawed system with some kinks to be worked out.
TVTag is actually what GetGlue has become.

ModeratorOn another note: Madame Secretary on CBS (our new competition) started this past Sunday and didn’t quite bring in the type of numbers CBS was probably hoping for. It shouldn’t give ONCE too much of a headache this season. Football and Fox are still worrisome but no more than they were previously.
ABC should be thankful that the Family Guy/Simpsons crossover isn’t airing in the same timeslot as the Season 4 premiere. However, they’ll still have to be concerned in regards to Resurrection airing against that.

ModeratorI think ABC gave them the “red carpet” premiere instead.
That and they probably spent what would normally be their cast promo photo budget on all of that Frozen promotion. Anna and Elsa have posed for publicity photos that aren’t even from the episodes, for one. I hear they’re even promoting Season 4 pretty hard at the Disney parks, including handing out buttons. I guess when you’re going to have a Season featuring Disney’s newest beloved characters, they’re going to milk this promotion hard.
