This sounds like Cora. They’re going to have to try hard to make Lady Tremaine feel different enough, otherwise she’ll feel like Cora Lite.
I think one potential difference is that Lady Tremaine isn’t a magic user, at least based on what Gabrielle Anwar said. I also recall Adam and Eddy saying that Hyperion Heights would be a place without magic, similar to Storybrooke in Season 1. Going back to a town without magic could actually be a relief, since the writers have been over-relying on it for a while now. It would also bring back the old fantasy world/real world contrast.
