Thanks Gypsy. I was thinking this exact same thing today. How did PP have a picture of Henry if not from Rumple’s vision. Now I could not figure out how Rumple would have got the picture to PP (and yes if you add timeline into this, it messes it all up). But I like what everyone is saying about Rumple being a lost boy pre dark one, but how does he get back to NL? Did he have the ability to move between magical worlds and it was just our non magical world that he could not travel to?
Love all the theories and posts on this one!

Well if Bae and Hook were both able to escape Neverland, then I doubt they are the only ones who have done so. I have a theory that flying with the aid of pixie dust is the key to leaving. Keep in mind, we seemingly saw Wendy return on her own without the aid of the Shadow. I believe it’s been suggested that Neverland could be a bridge world with portals to other worlds, even one that links Neverland to A Land Without Magic.

I have a hunch that they might have originally thought of keeping Cora around till the Season finale, since she was built up as the “big bad” for a large chunk of the Season. However, they got too excited at the idea with Neverland, so they wrapped up her storyline earlier and introduced us to Greg/Tamara as the new threat. The Miller’s Daughter did very much feel like a Season finale, though not as epic as the Season finale we actually got. This makes sense if they really did plan to keep Emma and Snow in FTL a little longer at first. Greg, Tamara, and Neverland could have been introduced at the start of Season 3. With a better layout for Season 3 planned out, I have high hopes that it will be way less clunkier than Season 2 was.

I love her and I loved Red but I honestly don’t know what more they could have done with her story. She got the big reveal of being the wolf, but Child of the Moon was very flat for me and it was clear that they can’t tell much more about Ruby. But I look forward to Intelligence!

Had they not gone through with trying to make her a regular, I think episode 207 would have been much better off continuing from where “Lady of The Lake” left off. You still could have had George take a major presence in the Storybrooke side of the episode, but the flashback could have been Snow and Charming fighting against him and taking back the kingdom. That would have been much more satisfying and would have been better suited for the plot. Meanwhile, George in Storybrooke would have tried getting his revenge in a much more interesting way than framing Ruby for a murder.

For those wondering about the interview with Meghan Ory I mentioned in this thread, I have posted the full thing here:

But didn’t both Meghan and Emily get upgraded to regulars last June, weeks after the upfront?

I suppose you’re right. And now that we know Neal is alive, they could go ahead and announce that MRJ is joining the cast. *Hear that A and E! Make it so!*

Meghan said in an interview recently that she won’t be a regular next Season because of her new show, but is open to doing guest appearances at least “once a year.” She also added that they had initially planned to have Red/Ruby do more this past Season, but because of Neverland and the other busy storylines taking priority they simply couldn’t fit her in. Apparently Snow and Emma were going to be stuck in FTL a little longer, and Red was going to have a little more screentime. That sounds like being downgraded from a regular to me.

That confused me too. I don’t think ABC ever specified how many episodes they ordered for Season 3, so it really could be 24 episodes instead of 22…

Just found the source for ABC saying how they will schedule Once this Season. It was stated by Paul Lee, the President of ABC himself:

ABC is changing things up in scheduling some of its serialized dramas. The network will air what ABC president Paul Lee called “a selected group” of dramas in two uninterrupted runs, one in the fall and one in the spring, bridged by limited series. The series that will be included in the new scheduling model include Once Upon A Time, Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal and likely Revenge, with others TBD. So far, the network only has set up a bridge series for Once, new adventure reality series The Quest. Lee said such bridge series won’t necessarily be all unscripted. Two cycles of 12 episodes would bring the total orders for the shows to 24, which is hard on a complex, serialized drama, but Lee indicated that number has not been set in stone. He said that the network is looking to further shake up the traditional scheduling model with “quality launches” throughout the season.

If we really do get 12 new episodes in a row, well we’ll probably at least have one week off for the American Music Awards in November as usual, then that would be 3 more episodes in the Fall than last year. Honestly, I am all for a longer hiatus if it really helps out with the ratings.

I hope you’re right Matt. I think that would help issues. Though I wish there was some sort of bridge between winter and spring (like Once:WL) was supposed to be….

To be honest, though, it might not have been any smarter to premiere Wonderland on Sundays during that time period directly against all of that huge competition. Wonderland could have been slaughtered had they done that. People are saying that short reality shows will air during that time period instead, since those shows compete far better and they aren’t exactly serialized like Once and the other dramas are.

Someone on TVByTheNumbers said that apparently ABC stated somewhere that they plan to split their Sunday dramas with 12 episodes airing in the Fall and the 2nd half airing in the Spring, so I hope I’m right. I could see it going something like this:

    301 – September 22nd, 2013
    302 – September 29th, 2013
    303 – October 6th, 2013
    304 – October 13th, 2013
    305 – October 20th, 2013
    306 – October 27th, 2013
    307 – November 3rd, 2013
    308 – November 10th, 2013
    309 – November 24th, 2013
    310 – December 1st, 2013
    311 – December 8th, 2013
    312 – December 15th, 2013
    313 – March 9th, 2014
    314 – March 16th, 2014
    315 – March 23rd, 2014
    316 – March 30th, 2014
    317 – April 6th, 2014
    318 – April 13th, 2014
    319 – April 20th, 2014
    320 – April 27th, 2014
    321 – May 4th, 2014
    322 – May 11th, 2014
